Care of Equipment. Equipment can only be used in a careful and proper manner and shall not be used in any way that is inconsistent with Owner’s instructions or manuals.
Care of Equipment. 5.1. The Customer shall operate the Equipment with all reasonable care and in a manner designed to preserve it in full proper and efficient working order. Any nameplates or other marks attached to the Equipment shall be left intact and shall not be altered removed or defaced by the Customer and the Customer shall be responsible for any loss or damage to the Installation of any kind, whether or not the Customer has insurance cover, with the exception of any foreseeable loss or damage caused by the Company or its agents.
Care of Equipment. You must (i) protect the Equipment against misuse, exposure to adverse conditions and any other abuse or neglect, (ii) ensure that it remains in good operating condition and
Care of Equipment. It shall be the responsibility of every employee to take all reasonable precautions to preserve all records, machines and equipment under the employee's care.
Care of Equipment. 4.1 Provider agrees to follow the instructions of any Manuals accompanying the Equipment, as amended from time-to-time, in the use and care of the Equipment and agrees to advise CONDUENT or its authorized representatives of any conditions that may require servicing. Provider will take all reasonable security measures to protect the Equipment from damage and/or unauthorized use. Provider will not make or attempt to make any repairs to the Equipment. Provider will ensure that the Provider’s existing insurance covers the Equipment against casualty loss, fire, or theft. Provider agrees to bear the expense of repairing damage to the Equipment which occurs while the Equipment is in Provider's care, unless such damage is caused by Equipment malfunction which did not result from Provider's improper use of the Equipment.
Care of Equipment. The Student is required to use the Equipment in a careful and proper manner, maintaining it in good operating condition. The Student shall immediately notify the School’s Technology Department if the equipment is not in good operating condition or is in need of repair. The Houston Academy Technology Department will evaluate the damage and determine the course of repair in accordance with the School’s service contract and the Indemnity policy (See the sections on INDEMNITY OF SCHOOL FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE and INSURANCE.) The Student shall be financially responsible for repairs due to negligence. (No personal stickers, no writing on MacBook.)
Care of Equipment. Generator shall exercise care in accordance with Good Utility Practices to protect the Interconnection Facilities located on Generator's premises, and agrees to pay the cost of repairs or replacement in the event of loss or damage to the Interconnection Facilities arising from the failure of Generator to properly protect those Interconnection Facilities in accordance with Good Utility Practices.

Care of Equipment. The Owner must ensure that any person engaged by or on behalf of the Owner to collect Port of Melbourne’s fresh potable water supply takes good care of them and returns them immediately after use in the same condition as supplied. Without limiting any rights of Port of Melbourne under Clause 10, the Owner is responsible for any damage to fresh potable water supply equipment and will bear the cost of any repair and/or replacement of such equipment.
Care of Equipment. The student will exercise all due and reasonable care in handling the use of the laptop, power adapter and carrying case provided by STCS. All of this equipment will be returned in good condition at the end of each school year. STCS accepts and acknowledges reasonable and normal wear and tear of the device over the course of its useful life.
