Care and Responsibility. Teachers are responsible for all property and equipment entrusted to them and shall exercise reasonable care in their use. Teachers shall not be held responsible for normal wear and tear, nor for loss or destruction of property or equipment in instances where the teacher has not been negligent in discharging his responsibilities.
Care and Responsibility. ● Not bringing the iPad to school. ● Letting another student use your assigned iPad ● Not having iPad in school issued cover ● Use of Headphones when a teacher has given instructions NOT to use them. ● Using iPad around food (breakfast, lunch, etc.) ● Leaving iPad unattended. ○ iPads should NOT be taken to the gym during PE or for after-school practices – students should keep their iPad locked in their lockers or locked in a classroom ○ iPads should be left on the Stage and NOT on the steps during lunch. ● Playing games or on a site not approved by the teacher during instructional time ● Clear/disable browsing history OR disabling another student’s iPad. ● Battery not adequately charged to get through the entire school day. ● iPad storage full or not adequate for educational purposes. ● Failing to have Notifications disabled during class. 1st offense - 1 demerit 2nd offense - 2 demerits 3rd offense - 2 demerits and/or loss of privileges, no more than 7 days *Loss of privileges may include deactivation of certain features such as camera, internet, etc.
Care and Responsibility. 1. The student is responsible for the general care of the Chromebook that has been issued by the school. A case will be provided by the school and MUST be put on and KEPT on as a preventative measure.

Licensee shall promptly return all Software furnished hereunder to Palm when requested or upon completion or termination of this Agreement except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement. Alternatively, Licensee shall if requested in writing by Palm, destroy all full and partial copies of the Software furnished to Licensee hereunder. Licensee shall also certify in writing to Palm that all such Palm Materials have been returned to Palm or destroyed.

See the supervising teacher for secure storage. ● Do not play games or visit sites not approved by the teacher during instructional time ● Do not clear/disable browsing history OR disable another student’s MacBook ● Battery must be adequately charged to get through the entire school day. Do not charge personal devices such as phones from your Macbook. ● Keep MacBook storage adequate for educational purposes ● Notifications must be disabled during class 1st offense – Verbal Reprimand 2nd offense – Verbal Reprimand 3rd offense – After School Detention *Loss of privileges may include loss of device and/or deactivation of certain features such as camera, internet, etc.
