Card Services. HQY will update participant records, maintain account balance and deposit information, activate and deactivate Cards, respond to participant inquiries and provide appropriate notices of actions taken with respect to the Card.

Card Services. We may provide or make available to you special Card Services which may be paid for with the Card. We will explain the terms and conditions of these Card Services at the time that we provide or make these Card Services available to you. The terms and conditions of this Agreement will still apply to any Card Services you choose to accept, except to the extent modified by the terms and conditions of the Card Services. Any Card Service may be discontinued without notice, subject to the terms and conditions that apply to the particular Card Service. We are not liable for any Card Services provided by a third party.
Card Services. You may activate, close, temporarily freeze/unfreeze or report your card lost/stolen for one or more debit or credit cards using Online Banking. Freezing, closing or reporting card lost/stolen will cause any new authorizations to reject for the card selected. If transactions are rejected as a result of freezing, closing or reporting the card lost/stolen, you may incur fees from those other entities. Blocking or closing your card or reporting your card lost/stolen will permanently deactivate your card and will require a new card to be requested with a new card number and expiration date. Our fraud prevention systems may detect when you travel outside your home zip-code. It is possible that our systems will determine that charge(s) outside your home zip code are suspicious or unusual, and automatically decline the transaction(s). To avoid this inconvenience, you should notify us whenever you travel outside your home zip-code by using the Travel Notice Request in Online Banking. For US travel, these requests are processed immediately. International travel requests are processed within 2 hours of receipt on Mondays – Fridays 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (excluding holidays). You agree to hold us harmless from liability resulting from any declined transactions.
Card Services. Subject to Merchant compliance with technical specifications prescribed by Company, Processor, Bank and the Rules, Merchant shall cause information concerning Card Transactions to be communicated to Payment Networks and Bank whereupon, Company shall cause Bank to acquire the funds related to such Transactions and settle such funds to Merchant. Company makes no representation or guarantee with respect to Customer's Card having sufficient available funds, that a Transaction will be authorized or processed, or that the Transaction will not later result in a chargeback or reversal. If Merchant is a non-profit organization, it shall retain sole and exclusive responsibility for classifying themselves and their Transactions, issuing any required reports and receipts, and making any required tax or other filings. Merchant shall be exclusive to Company and shall not use services of third parties that are similar or competitive with the Services.
Card Services. Available Card services are described in the ATM and Debit Card Agreement.

Card Services. The Card is not transferable and the usage is subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement and any additional conditions as stipulated by the Bank from time to time. The Cardmember shall sign on the reverse of the Card immediately on receipt, and the signature on the Card shall be identical to the one contained on the application form. 4 Delivery of the Card: Cards will be couriered, sent through registered post or collected over the counter by the Cardmember, the supplementary Cardmember(s), or an authorized third party. When the basic Cardmember and any supplementary Cardmember receive the Card(s) he/she should produce proof of his/her identity and acknowledge receipt immediately by duly signing the acknowledgement slip provided. The Cardmember at his/her discretion may authorize a third party in writing to accept or collect the Card(s) on his/her behalf and will be liable for all charges incurred on the Card from the time the Card is accepted by the Cardmember or the person authorized on his/ her behalf. The Bank may at its discretion hand over the Card to a third party determined by the Bank or its representative to be the representative of the Cardmember. The Cardmember shall be liable for all charges on the Card from the time the Card is so delivered.
Card Services. If approved, you may use your card and personal identification number (PIN) in automated teller machines (ATMs) of the Credit Union, networks, and such other machines or facilities as the Credit Union may designate. For ATM transactions, you must consent to the Credit Union’s overdraft protection plan in order for the transaction amount to be covered under the plan. Without your consent, the Credit Union may not authorize and pay an overdraft resulting from these types of transactions. Services and fees for ATM overdrafts are shown in the document the Credit Union uses to capture the member’s opt-in choice for overdraft protection and the Schedule of Fees and Charges. At the present time, you may use your card to: - Make deposits to your share accounts. - Withdraw funds from your share accounts. - Obtain balance information for your share accounts. The following limitations on ATM Card transactions may apply: - There is no limit on the number of cash withdrawals you may make in any one (1) day. - You may withdraw up to a maximum of $500.00 in any one (1) day, if there are sufficient funds in your account. - ATM Cards are unavailable for POS transactions. - See Section 2 for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions. Because of the servicing schedule and processing time required in ATM operations, there may be a delay between the time a deposit (either cash or check) is made and when it will be available for withdrawal.
Card Services. The Card is and will be, at all times, the property of IDBI Bank and must be surrendered to IDBI Bank immediately upon request by IDBI Bank or its duly authorised agent. IDBI Bank reserves the right to (1) ascertain the credit worthiness of the Applicant by obtaining credit bureau report and such other reports as it may deem necessary and (2) decline to issue a Card to any Applicant at its sole discretion. The Card is not transferable and its usage is subject to the terms mentioned herein and any additional conditions stipulated by IDBI Bank from time to time. The Card will be used exclusively by the Card Member. The Card Member under no circumstances whatsoever shall allow the Card and / or PIN to be used by any other individual. The Card may not be pledged by the Card Member as security for any purpose whatsoever. The Card may be collected by the Card Member or sent by post or courier to the address notified to IDBI Bank by the Card Member at the risk of the Card Member. Upon receipt of the Card, the Card Member shall sign on the reverse of the Card immediately and such signature and / or activation and / or the use of the Card will constitute binding and conclusive evidence of the confirmation of the Card Member to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Card Member shall at all times ensure that the Card is kept in a safe place. IDBI Bank may, based on the Primary Card Member's written request, issue add-on Card to individuals nominated by the Primary Card Member who shall be unconditionally bound by this Agreement. The Primary Card Member shall be fully liable to IDBI Bank for all the Charges on his/her Card and also for those incurred by the Add-on Card Members. The Add-on Card Members shall be jointly and severally liable to IDBI Bank for all the charges even though the monthly Statement of Card Account may be sent only to the Primary Card Member. The Primary Card Member may at any time request cancellation of any add-on Card(s), but will continue to remain liable for any charges on such add-on Card(s). The IDBI Bank 24-Hour Customer Care Centre and/or Customer Web Module is available to all Card Members. The Card Members availing of any services / facilities including but not limited to, enhancement of credit limit, enquiry on transactions, Total Amount Due, Statement details, Payment Due Date, etc. through IDBI Bank 24-Hour Customer Care Centre and/or IDBI Bank's online channel/website/customer web module, shall at all times continue to be bou...
