Common use of Card on File Clause in Contracts

Card on File. Renter agrees to maintain a valid credit card number on file. Renter authorizes Air Associates, at its sole discretion, to charge this card for unpaid flight time or other expenses incurred. Renter acknowledges that he/she will not be able to check out an aircraft without a card on file.
