Car Rental Period. The period that begins with the unlocking of the vehicle (using the smart card to open the vehicle via the contact interface on the car or using the mobile application) (“initiation of car rental period”) and the completion of the trip when the vehicle is returned to its dedicated parking space as subject to the trip model to which the car belongs, either upon a) locking of the veicle and release of the vehicle for use by other subscribers by pressing the release button in the mobile app and/or the “end trip” button located within the vehicle (either by placing the smartcard on the car’s contact interface or using the mobile application) or b) at the end time established by the Subscriber when the reservation was made (“vehicle reservation end time”), whichever is later. It is hereby noted that the period for which the Subscriber pays for the car reservation is calculated according to the terms of this agreement and separately and distinctly from the vehicle rental period. With the exception of the single-direction trip, in the event that the vehicle is returned after the reservation period set by the Subscriber and without an extension, the Subscriber will be charged a vehicle return delay fee as detailed in Appendix A, which is attached to this contract.

It is hereby noted that the period for which the Subscriber pays for the car rental is calculated according to the description that can be found in appendices C of this Contract and is calculated separately and distinctly from the Car Rental Period.

  • Rental Period (a) Renter has the right to use the rental vehicle (“Vehicle”) until the return date indicated on the Rental Agreement Summary ("Rental Period").

  • CONTRACT RENEWAL PERIOD FURNITURE ADDITIONS/DELETIONS: Contractors wishing to make furniture additions/changes to their contract during the contract period should be aware of the following additions/changes will be allowed only once during a contract period. No changes to discount percentages are allowed during this contract period. Additions/changes must be submitted during the contract renewal period. When requesting additions and/or changes; contractor shall submit a request either by letter or via email which shall include a list of all items being proposed for addition and/or change. Contractor shall submit all required documents supporting any new items. Product literature for all new items shall also be submitted with the request. Contractor is responsible for submitting a complete name, address, email address, phone and fax numbers when a new dealer is added.

  • Meal Period A Contractor shall schedule an unpaid period of not more than 1/2 hour duration at the work location between the 3rd and 5th hour of the scheduled shift. A Contractor may, for efficiency of operation, establish a schedule which coordinates the meal periods of two or more crafts. If an employee is required to work through the meal period, the employee shall be compensated in a manner established in the applicable Schedule A.

  • Leave Year The leave year begins with the first full payroll period of a calendar year and ends with the payroll period in which December 31st falls.

  • Lease Period The lease period of the Finance Lease Agreement I is 36 months, which commenced on October 28, 2022. The lease period of the Finance Lease Agreement II is 36 months, which shall commence on July 31, 2023.

  • Fair Rental Value If a loss covered under Section I makes that part of the "residence premises" rented to oth- ers or held for rental by you not fit to live in, we cover the fair rental value of such premises less any expenses that do not continue while it is not fit to live in. Payment will be for the shortest time required to repair or replace such premises.

  • Unpaid Leave - After Three Years For every three (3) years' continuous service, an employee may request, in writing, an extended unpaid leave of absence, giving the longest possible advance notice. Every reasonable effort shall be made to comply with such requests providing that replacements to ensure proper operation of the Employer's business can be found. Notice of the Employer's decision shall be in writing.

  • Vacation Period ‌ The choice of vacation periods shall be granted to employees on the basis of seniority with the Employer except where the period requested would be detrimental to the operation of the Employer.

  • Xxxxx Period After payment of the first Dues, the Subscriber is entitled to a grace period of 30 days for the pay- ment of any Dues due. During this grace period, the Agreement will remain in force. However, the Sub- xxxxxxx will be liable for payment of Dues accruing during the period the Agreement continues in force.

  • Prime Time Vacation Period Subject to the provisions of this article, it is the intent of the parties that no employee will be restricted in the time of year they choose to take their vacation. The Employer will make every effort to allow employees to take their vacation during the period of April 15th to October 15th inclusive, which will be defined as the prime time vacation period.
