Capitalized Terms; Rules of Usage Capitalized terms used herein that are not otherwise defined shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Appendix 1 to the 2020-B Servicing Supplement or, if not defined therein, in Appendix A to the Basic Collateral Agency Agreement. Appendix 1 also contains rules as to usage applicable to this Agreement. Certain Capitalized Terms To the extent any capitalized term used in any Transaction Document is defined in any other Transaction Document (as noted therein), such capitalized term shall remain applicable in the Transaction Document in which it is so used even if the other Transaction Document (wherein such term is defined) has been released, satisfied, or is otherwise cancelled or terminated.

Use of Capitalized Terms Unless otherwise defined therein, all capitalized terms defined in this Agreement shall have the defined meanings when used in this Agreement, the Notes and the other Loan Documents or any certificate, report or other document made or delivered pursuant to this Agreement.
Meanings For the purposes of this Agreement, the terms “vote of a majority of the outstanding voting securities;” “interested persons;” and “assignment” shall have the meaning defined in the 1940 Act or the rules promulgated thereunder; subject, however, to such exemptions as may be granted by the SEC under the 1940 Act or any interpretations of the SEC staff.
