Common use of Capacity to Sell Clause in Contracts

Capacity to Sell. Vendor is a limited liability company duly incorporated, validly existing and in good standing under the Laws of the State of California and has the power and capacity to own and dispose of the Purchased Assets and to carry on the Business as now being conducted by it, and to enter into this Agreement and carry out its terms to the full extent.

Capacity to Sell. The Vendor is a limited liability company corporation duly incorporated, validly existing and in good standing under the Laws laws of the State of California Nevada , and has the power and capacity to own and dispose of the Purchased Assets and to carry on the Vendor’s Business as now being conducted by it, and to enter into this Agreement and carry out its terms to the full extent.

Capacity to Sell. The Vendor is a limited liability company corporation duly incorporated, validly existing and in good standing under the Laws laws of Nevada with respect to the State filing of California annual reports, and has the power and capacity to own and dispose of the Purchased Assets and to carry on the Vendor’s Business as now being conducted by it, and to enter into this Agreement and carry out its terms to the full extent.

The Vendor is a limited liability company duly incorporatedNevada corporation, validly existing and in good standing under the Laws of the State of California and has the power and capacity to own and dispose of the Purchased Assets and to carry on the Business Vendor's business as now being conducted by it, and to enter into this Agreement and carry out its terms to the full extent.
