Changes to this Agreement Patriot Mobile may change this Agreement at any time. Additionally, we may add, modify, or delete any terms, conditions, rates, or fees for any Service at any time. We will provide you with notice of all changes that are materially adverse to you (this does not include changes in fees or surcharges imposed by the government and passed on to you or changes to rates, fees, or surcharges within limits set forth in this Agreement or any documents incorporated into this Agreement) by email, bill insert, message, text message, posting on the website for your Service, or other method we deem practicable. We also may provide you with notice of non- material changes in our sole discretion.
