Common use of Capacity Interconnection Rights Clause in Contracts

Capacity Interconnection Rights. Pursuant to and subject to the applicable terms of the Tariff, the Interconnection Customer shall have Capacity Interconnection Rights at the Point(s) of Interconnection specified in this Interconnection Service Agreement in the amount of 1370 MW. Pursuant to and subject to the applicable terms of the Tariff, the Interconnection Customer shall have Capacity Interconnection Rights commencing June 1, 2020. During the time period from the effective date of this ISA until May 31, 2020, (the “interim time period”), the Interconnection Customer shall have 1350 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights on a non-interim basis and may be awarded interim Capacity Interconnection Rights on an interim basis in an amount not to exceed 20 MW. The availability and amount of such interim Capacity Interconnection Rights shall be dependent upon completion and results of an interim deliverability study. Any interim Capacity Interconnection Rights awarded during the interim time period shall terminate on May 31, 2020. The amount of Capacity Interconnection Rights specified above (1370 MW) includes 1350 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights that the Interconnection Customer had at the same Point(s) of Interconnection prior to its Interconnection Request associated with this Interconnection Service Agreement, and 20 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights granted as a result of such Interconnection Request.

Capacity Interconnection Rights. Pursuant to and subject to the applicable terms of the Tariff, the Interconnection Customer shall have Capacity Interconnection Rights at the Point(s) of Interconnection specified in this Interconnection Service Agreement in the amount of 1320 MW commencing June 1, 2020. During the time period from the effective date of this ISA until May 31, 2020, 2020 (the “interim time period”), the Interconnection Customer shall have 1350 MW of may be awarded interm Capacity Interconnection Rights on a non-interim basis and may be awarded interim Capacity Interconnection Rights on an interim basis in an the amount not to exceed exeed 20 MW. The availability and amount of such interim Capacity Interconnection Rights shall be dependent upon completion and the results of an interim deliverability study. Any interim Capacity Interconnection Rights awarded during the interim time period shall terminate on May 31, 2020. The amount of Capacity Interconnection Rights specified above (1370 1320 MW) includes 1350 1300 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights that the Interconnection Customer had at the same Point(s) of Interconnection prior to its Interconnection Request associated with this Interconnection Service Agreement, and 20 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights granted as a result of such Interconnection Request.

Capacity Interconnection Rights. Unit 7: Pursuant to and subject to the applicable terms of the Tariff, the Interconnection Customer shall have Capacity Interconnection Rights commencing June 1, 2020. During at the time period from Point(s) of Interconnection specified in this Interconnection Service Agreement in the effective date of this ISA until May 31, 2020, (the “interim time period”), the Interconnection Customer shall have 1350 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights on a non-interim basis and may be awarded interim Capacity Interconnection Rights on an interim basis in an amount not to exceed 20 MW. The availability and amount of such interim Capacity Interconnection Rights shall be dependent upon completion and results of an interim deliverability study. Any interim Capacity Interconnection Rights awarded during the interim time period shall terminate on May 31, 2020550 MW. The amount of Capacity Interconnection Rights specified above (1370 550 MW) includes 1350 518 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights that the Interconnection Customer had at the same Point(s) of Interconnection prior to its Interconnection Request associated with this Interconnection Service Agreement, and 20 32 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights granted as a result of such Interconnection Request. Unit 8: Pursuant to and subject to the applicable terms of the Tariff, the Interconnection Customer shall have Capacity Interconnection Rights at the Point(s) of Interconnection specified in this Interconnection Service Agreement in the amount of 550 MW. The amount of Capacity Interconnection Rights specified above (550 MW) includes 518 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights that the Interconnection Customer had at the same Point(s) of Interconnection prior to its Interconnection Request associated with this Interconnection Service Agreement, and 32 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights granted as a result of such Interconnection Request.

Capacity Interconnection Rights. Pursuant to and subject to the applicable terms of the Tariff, the Interconnection Customer shall have Capacity Interconnection Rights at the Point(s) of Interconnection specified in this Interconnection Service Agreement in the amount of 1370 725 MW.800 MW. Pursuant to and subject to the applicable terms of the Tariff, the Interconnection Customer shall have Capacity Interconnection Rights at the Point(s) of Interconnection specified in this Interconnection Service Agreement in the amount of 800 MW commencing June 1, 20202021. During the time period from From the effective date of this ISA until May 31, 2020, 2021 (the “interim time period”), in addition to the 725 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights the Interconnection Customer had at the same Point of Interconnection prior to its Interconnection Request associated with this ISA, the Interconnection Customer also may be awarded interim Capacity Interconnection Rights in an amount not to exceed 75 MW. Accordingly, during the interim time period, the Interconnection Customer shall have 1350 725 MW of previously awarded Capacity Interconnection Rights on a non-interim basis and may be awarded interim Capacity Interconnection Rights on an interim basis in an amount not to exceed 20 75 MW. The availability and amount of such interim Capacity Interconnection Rights shall be dependent upon completion and results of an interim deliverability study. Any interim Capacity Interconnection Rights awarded during the interim time period shall terminate on May 31, 20202021. The amount of Capacity Interconnection Rights specified above (1370 800 MW) includes 1350 725 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights that the Interconnection Customer had at the same Point(s) of Interconnection prior to its Interconnection Request associated with this Interconnection Service Agreement, and 20 75 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights granted as a result of such Interconnection Request.

Capacity Interconnection Rights. Pursuant to and subject to the applicable terms of the Tariff, the Interconnection Customer shall have Capacity Interconnection Rights at the Point(s) of Interconnection specified in this Interconnection Service Agreement in the amount of 1370 1331 MW. Pursuant to and subject to the applicable terms of the Tariff, the Interconnection Customer shall have Capacity Interconnection Rights 1349 MW commencing June 1, 20202022. During the time period from From the effective date of this ISA until May 31, 2020, 2022 (the “interim time period”), in addition to the 1331 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights the Interconnection Customer had at the same Point of Interconnection prior to its Interconnection Request associated with this ISA, the Interconnection Customer also may be awarded interim Capacity Interconnection Rights in an amount not to exceed 18 MW. Accordingly, during the interim time period, the Interconnection Customer shall have 1350 1331 MW of previously awarded Capacity Interconnection Rights on a non-interim basis and may be awarded interim Capacity Interconnection Rights on an interim basis in an amount not to exceed 20 18 MW. The availability and amount of such interim Capacity Interconnection Rights shall be dependent upon completion and results of an interim deliverability study. Any interim Capacity Interconnection Rights awarded during the interim time period shall terminate on May 31, 20202022. The amount of Capacity Interconnection Rights specified above (1370 1331 MW) includes 1350 1320 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights that the Interconnection Customer had at the same Point(s) of Interconnection prior to its Interconnection Request associated with this Interconnection Service Agreement, and 20 11 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights granted as a result of such Interconnection Request.

Capacity Interconnection Rights. Pursuant to and subject to the applicable terms of the Tariff, the Interconnection Customer shall have Capacity Interconnection Rights at the Point(s) of Interconnection specified in this Interconnection Service Agreement in the total amount of 1370 MW. Pursuant to and subject to the applicable terms of the Tariff, the Interconnection Customer shall have Capacity Interconnection Rights 940 MW commencing on June 1, 2020. Capacity Interconnection Rights may be awarded to Interconnection Customer prior to June 1, 2020 as described below. The amount of Capacity Interconnection Rights specified above (940 MW) includes 900 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights that the Interconnection Customer had at the same Point(s) of Interconnection associated with Queue Position #T174, and 40 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights associated with Queue Position # AB1-106. During the time period from the effective date of this ISA until to May 31, 2020, 2020 (the “interim time period”), in addition to the 900 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights that the Interconnection Customer had at the same Point of Interconnection associated with the Queue Position #T174 Interconnection Request, the Interconnection Customer also may be awarded interim Capacity Interconnection Rights in an amount not to exceed 40 MW. Accordingly, during the interim time period, the Interconnection Customer shall have 1350 900 MW of previously awarded Capacity Interconnection Rights on a non-interim basis and may be awarded interim Capacity Interconnection Rights on an interim basis in an amount not to exceed 20 40 MW. The availability and amount of such interim Capacity Interconnection Rights shall be dependent upon completion and results of an interim deliverability study. Any interim Capacity Interconnection Rights awarded during the interim time period shall terminate on May 31, 2020. The amount of Capacity Interconnection Rights specified above (1370 MW) includes 1350 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights that the Interconnection Customer had at the same Point(s) of Interconnection prior to its Interconnection Request associated with this Interconnection Service Agreement, and 20 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights granted as a result of such Interconnection Request.

Capacity Interconnection Rights. Pursuant to and subject to the applicable terms of the Tariff, the Interconnection Customer shall have Capacity Interconnection Rights at the Point(s) of Interconnection specified in this Interconnection Service Agreement in the amount of 1370 MW. Pursuant to and subject to the applicable terms of the Tariff, the Interconnection Customer shall have Capacity Interconnection Rights 692 MW commencing June 1, 2020. During the time period from From the effective date of this ISA until May 31, 2020, 2020 (the “interim time period”), in addition to the 672 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights the Interconnection Customer had at the same Point of Interconnection prior to its Interconnection Request associated with this ISA, the Interconnection Customer also may be awarded interim Capacity Interconnection Rights in an amount not to exceed 20 MW. Accordingly, during the interim time period, the Interconnection Customer shall have 1350 672 MW of previously awarded Capacity Interconnection Rights on a non-interim basis and may be awarded interim Capacity Interconnection Rights on an interim basis in an amount not to exceed 20 MW. The availability and amount of such interim Capacity Interconnection Rights shall be dependent upon completion and results of an interim deliverability study. Any interim Capacity Interconnection Rights awarded during the interim time period shall terminate on May 31, 2020. The amount of Capacity Interconnection Rights specified above (1370 692 MW) includes 1350 672 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights that the Interconnection Customer had at the same Point(s) of Interconnection prior to its Interconnection Request associated with this Interconnection Service Agreement, and 20 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights granted as a result of such Interconnection Request.

Capacity Interconnection Rights. Pursuant to and subject to the applicable terms of the Tariff, the Interconnection Customer shall have Capacity Interconnection Rights at the Point(s) of Interconnection specified in this Interconnection Service Agreement in the amount of 1370 250 MW. Pursuant to and subject to the applicable terms of the Tariff, the Interconnection Customer shall have Capacity Interconnection Rights 262.9 MW commencing June 1, 20202022. During the time period from From the effective date of this ISA until May 31, 2020, 2022 (the “interim time period”), in addition to the 243.9 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights the Interconnection Customer had at the same Point of Interconnection prior to its Interconnection Request associated with this ISA, the Interconnection Customer also may be awarded interim Capacity Interconnection Rights in an amount not to exceed 19 MW. Accordingly, during the interim time period, the Interconnection Customer shall have 1350 243.9 MW of previously awarded Capacity Interconnection Rights on a non-interim basis and may be awarded interim Capacity Interconnection Rights on an interim basis in an amount not to exceed 20 19 MW. The availability and amount of such interim Capacity Interconnection Rights shall be dependent upon completion and results of an interim deliverability study. Any interim Capacity Interconnection Rights awarded during the interim time period shall terminate on May 31, 20202022. The amount of Capacity Interconnection Rights specified above (1370 250 MW) includes 1350 235 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights that the Interconnection Customer had at the same Point(s) of Interconnection prior to its Interconnection Request associated with this Interconnection Service Agreement, and 20 15 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights granted as a result of such Interconnection Request.
