Capacity funding. The Parties acknowledge and agree that to assist Shxw’ōwhámel First Nation to engage in consultation under this Agreement and in consultation under any SEA or RA that addresses but does not provide capacity funding for forest and range related consultation, Shxw’ōwhámel First Nation will, under 1.4 of Appendix C, receive capacity funding of no less than $35,000 per annum.
Capacity funding. The Parties acknowledge and agree that to assist Chawathil First Nation to engage in consultation under this Agreement and in consultation under any SEA or RA that addresses but does not provide capacity funding for forest and range related consultation, Chawathil First Nation will, under 1.4 of Appendix C, receive capacity funding of no less than $35,000 per annum.

The Parties acknowledge and agree that to assist Ehattesaht First Nation to engage in consultation under this Agreement and in consultation under any SEA or RA that addresses but does not provide capacity funding for forest and range related consultation, British Columbia will provide to Ehattesaht First Nation, under section 1.4 of Appendix C, capacity funding of no less than $35,000 per annum.

The Parties acknowledge and agree that to assist Matsqui First Nation to engage in consultation under this Agreement and in consultation under any SEA or RA that addresses but does not provide capacity funding for forest and range related consultation, Matsqui First Nation will, under 1.4 of Appendix C, receive capacity funding of no less than $35,000 per annum.
Capacity funding. 11. Council recognises that it has a responsibility to enable Te Uri o Hau to participate and contribute to council decision-making processes. Council will negotiate a capacity funding agreement with the Settlement Trust to enable Te Uri o Hau’s contribution. Master Service Agreement
