CAPACITY ASSIGNMENTS. 7.1 The Supplier’s Maximum Daily Peaking Quantity (“MDPQ”) may be modified during the calendar year in accordance with the provisions of Sections 13.0 and 16.0 of the Company’s Terms and Conditions.

CAPACITY ASSIGNMENTS. 13.4.1 On each Assignment Date, the Company will assign to the Supplier the pro-rata shares of Capacity on behalf of each Customer as determined by the Company in accordance with Sections 13.2, 13.3 and 13.7.
CAPACITY ASSIGNMENTS. In accordance with Company’s Terms and Conditions, the quantity of capacity assigned to Supplier and Supplier’s Maximum Daily Peaking Quantity ("MDPQ") may be modified during the calendar year. Pursuant Company’s Terms and Conditions, the quantity of each Company Managed Supply may be modified during the calendar year in accordance with Company’s Terms and Conditions. Pursuant to Company’s Terms and Conditions, Supplier shall provide notice to Company of its designation of contracts to be managed by the Company for cost mitigation purposes by the means set forth in Exhibit B.
CAPACITY ASSIGNMENTS. The Supplier’s Maximum Daily Peaking Quantity (“MDPQ”) may be modified during the calendar year in accordance with the provisions of Sections 13.0 and 16.0 of the Company’s Terms and Conditions. Pursuant to Section 13.9.2 of the Company’s Terms and Conditions, the quantity of each Company-Managed Supply assigned to Supplier may be modified during the calendar year in accordance with Sections 13.4 and 13.8 of the Company’s Terms and Conditions. In accordance with Sections 13.0 and 16.0 of the Company’s Terms and Conditions, the quantity of Capacity assigned to Supplier may be modified during the calendar year. In addition, the Company shall have the right to adjust a Customer’s total capacity quantity (“TCQ”) if the Company determines that the TCQ calculation is in error or is otherwise not calculated in accordance with the provisions of Sections 13.3.2. Pursuant to Section 13.11.2 of the Company’s Terms and Conditions, Supplier shall provide notice to the Company of its designation of contracts to be managed by the Company for cost mitigation purposes by the means set forth in Exhibit B.

  • Shift Assignments When an opening occurs in a shift assignment in an appropriate work group at a location, preference shall be given to employees within the classification who possess the training, ability and any required special qualifications to perform the work required, on the basis of seniority. In the event that no employee desires a shift assignment, employees shall be selected in order of inverse seniority. This provision shall not apply to necessary training assignments. This provision shall not in itself alter the practice of rotating shifts where such practice presently exists. No employee who has a regular shift assignment on the effective date of the Agreement shall be involuntarily displaced from such shift assignment as a result of this Article.

  • LIGHT DUTY ASSIGNMENTS 1. In the event a clerk requests a light duty assignment, in writing, management must contact the President, Lehigh Valley Area Local to discuss such request.

  • Work Assignments Section 1. The Company shall determine whether to staff a position or fill a vacancy and the method or combination of methods it shall use for such purposes. In making this determination, the Company shall first give consideration to qualified laid off employees with applications on file in accordance with Article 14 Section 7 of this Agreement and then internal candidates prior to off-street applicants. All vacancies within the Bargaining Unit shall be posted (manually or electronically) in locations where Bargaining Unit employees regularly work. The posting shall include the title, wage range, and sufficient information regarding requirements and duties to adequately describe the vacancy. The vacancy shall remain posted for seven (7) calendar days which shall be spread between two (2) workweeks.

  • Extra Duty Assignments The Joint Study Committee hereby recommends the following as guidelines for extra duty assignments:

  • Shift Assignment Should the University elect to establish a shift on any other schedule than the regular day shift (Monday through Friday) or to assign employees to work on any such shift, the employee(s) with the most seniority in the classification affected or to be assigned on such shift shall have preference in moving to such shift. If an insufficient number of employees in the classification elect to move to such shift, then the employee(s) with the least seniority in the classification shall be assigned to such shift. If positions or shifts are reduced or eliminated or movement of personnel to other shifts is required, then the seniority of the affected employee will prevail in the selection of shift, provided the affected employee can do the required work. Such shift preference is only applicable within the employee's classification.

  • Training Assignments The Supervisor or designee may establish written training assignments to enable an employee to gain the additional experience and training required for the job for a period of time not to exceed two years. At the completion of the training assignment, the employee’s pay will be set no less than the entry rate of pay for the occupational pay band.

  • Work Assignment 1. It is understood that the assignment of work to purchased services does not convey a right to such work in the future, nor does it create any precedent with respect to future assignment of such work to purchased service employees by the employer.

  • Overtime Assignments When needed, overtime work for full-time employees shall be scheduled among qualified employees doing similar work in the work location where the employees regularly work in accordance with the following:

  • Room Assignments A. The University draws students from many states, nations, races and religions. It will be the responsibility of each resident to respect the rights of all residents in university residence halls. Admission to Texas A&M University – Texarkana and any of its sponsored programs is open to qualified individuals regardless of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, or disability. Room and roommate assignments are made without regard to race, color, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.

  • Subcontracting; Assignment The Contractor may not subcontract any portion of the services provided under this Contract without obtaining the prior written approval of the Procurement Officer, nor may the Contractor assign this Contract or any of its rights or obligations hereunder, without the prior written approval of the Procurement Officer provided, however, that a contractor may assign monies receivable under a contract after due notice to the State. Any subcontracts shall include such language as may be required in various clauses contained within this Contract, exhibits, and attachments. The Contract shall not be assigned until all approvals, documents, and affidavits are completed and properly registered. The State shall not be responsible for fulfillment of the Contractor’s obligations to its subcontractors.
