Capacity as Shareholder. The Shareholder agrees and acknowledges that it is bound hereunder solely in his capacity as a shareholder of PNI and that the provisions of this Agreement shall not be deemed or interpreted to bind the Shareholder in his capacity as a director or officer of PNI.
