Capacity Analysis. Transcend shall conduct operational and capacity analysis for existing and future year conditions for the prioritized list of 20 roadway segments and 20 intersections using Synchro software and Highway Capacity Manual methodologies. Based on performance measures such as volume to capacity ratio and delay experienced by vehicles, capacity improvements such as turn lane additions, signalization, road widening, medians and driveway consolidation shall be recommended. Intersection Control Evaluation, Signal warrant analysis, turn lane analysis will be conducted using FHWA, TxDOT and County guidelines. Low cost innovative intersection ideas will be also be evaluated, as needed.
Capacity Analysis. The Town shall have the right to have the Town’s consulting engineers perform an analysis of Kiawah Island Utility, Inc. to determine (a) whether the water and sewer capacity of Kiawah Island Utility is sufficient to handle existing customers, and (b) whether the existing plant and facilities of Kiawah Island Utility are being maintained and repaired in good condition. This assessment maybe done up to three times during the term of this Agreement at times to be determined by the Town but in no event closer than three years apart, except that an examination may be performed within the last twelve months before the Termination Date of this Agreement or prior to the triggering of subsection 14 (b)(ii) above. Kiawah Island Utility, Inc. agrees to grant the consulting engineers access to such records (excluding proprietary financial information) and its personnel as necessary to complete the report. The Town agrees that the information disclosed to its consulting engineers is confidential and shall be treated by it and its engineers as being confidential. The Town shall pay for the expense of the engineer associated with this analysis. The Town and Property Owner agree to use Xxxxxx & Xxxxxx or a mutually agreed substitute to perform this analysis.
Capacity Analysis. The Consultant will perform conceptual capacity analyses using the latest version of the Transportation Research Board’s Highway Capacity Manual at mainline and intersection locations within the project limits to determine: • existing level of service. • design year level of service. • estimates of the duration of the poor level of service where it occurs during commuter travel periods. The Consultant will develop project travel speed and delay estimates for the peak hour and average hour for: • existing traffic conditions. • design year traffic for the null alternative.
Capacity Analysis. The Consultant will perform capacity analyses using the latest version of the Highway Capacity Manual at mainline and intersection locations within the project limits to determine: existing level of service. design year level of service. estimates of the duration of the poor level of service where it occurs during commuter travel periods. The additional capacity analyses will be performed for the Existing and No-Build conditions. Analysis will be performed for: unsignalized traffic control signalized traffic control as a means to replicate operations with the use of traffic personnel. The SimTraffic simulations will be performed and submitted to the NYSDOT for consensus on the installation of traffic signals at the Croton Point Avenue intersections with Veterans Plaza, US Route 9 southbound on/off ramps and the US Route 9 northbound on/off ramps. Section 3 - Preliminary Design
Capacity Analysis. A test conducted with the new Facility Management equipment, the DCCSES LAN and WAN, and the user terminals (PCs) and printers to ensure that they will be capable of processing the DCCSES and meet all required response times.

Capacity Analysis. Delayed plans for infrastructure improvements at the Natural Sciences building stunted the vision for increased laboratory capacity for the undergraduate life sciences under the CEHLS grant. Initial plans were scaled-back because of the lack of electricity, water, and plumbing at the building. The resulting mobile demonstration labs xxxx a significant improvement, but fall woefully short of providing individual students with hands-on laboratory experience. Continuing support for the originally envisioned goals of the CEHLS project and outlined in the Objectives & Priorities section of this document would help to leverage USAID’s planned investment in renovation of CoST facilities and support new health care training initiatives in the country.
