Common use of Capabilities Clause in Contracts

Capabilities. The County further reserves the right to reject any (bid/proposal) if the evidence submitted by, or investigations of, such (Bidder/Respondent) fails to satisfy the County that such (Bidder/Respondent) is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the Contract and to provide the services and/or furnish the goods contemplated therein.
