Cancelled Notes. may destroy each Temporary Global Note, Permanent Global Note, Definitive Note, Coupon, Global Registered Note or Individual Note Certificate cancelled by it (or cancelled by another Paying Agent or Replacement Agent and delivered to it) in accordance with Clause 4.11 (Exchange of Temporary Global Note), Clause 4.12 (Exchange of Permanent Global Note), Clause 4.15 (Delivery of Coupon sheets by Paying Agents), Clause 6.3 (Cancellation of mutilated or defaced Notes) or sub-clause 8.1.3 (Payments by Paying Agents - Cancellation) or Clause 9.3 (Cancellation), in which case and at the Issuer's request it shall furnish the Issuer with a certificate as to such destruction distinguishing between the Notes of each Series and specifying the certificate or serial numbers of the Temporary Global Note, Permanent Global Note, Definitive Notes, Global Registered Note and Individual Note Certificates in numerical sequence (and, in the case of Definitive Notes, containing particulars of any unmatured Coupons and unexchanged Talons attached thereto or surrendered therewith) and the total number by payment or maturity date of Coupons (distinguishing Talons) so destroyed;

Cancelled Notes. may destroy (in the case of each NGN Temporary Global Note and NGN Permanent Global Note, upon disposal authorisation from the ICSDs) each Temporary Global Note, Permanent Global Note, Definitive Note, Coupon, Global Registered Note or Individual Note Certificate and Coupon cancelled by it (or cancelled by another Paying Agent or Replacement Agent and delivered to it) in accordance with Clause 4.11 4.12 (Exchange of Temporary Global Note), Clause 4.12 4.13 (Exchange of Permanent Global Note), Clause 4.15 4.14 (Delivery of Coupon sheets by Paying Agents), Clause 6.3 5.3 (Cancellation of mutilated or defaced Notes) or sub-clause 8.1.3 7.1.3 (Payments by Paying Agents - – Cancellation) or Clause 9.3 8.3 (Cancellation), in which case and at the Issuer's request it shall upon request furnish the Issuer with a certificate as to such destruction distinguishing between the Notes of each Series and specifying the certificate or serial numbers of the Temporary Global Note, Permanent Global Note, Definitive Notes, Global Registered Note and Individual Note Certificates Definitive Notes in numerical sequence (and, in the case of Definitive Notes, and containing particulars of any unmatured Coupons and unexchanged Talons attached thereto or surrendered therewith) and the total number by payment or maturity date of Coupons (distinguishing Talons) so destroyed;

Cancelled Notes. may destroy each Temporary Global Note, Permanent Global Note, Definitive Note, Coupon, Global Registered Note or Individual Note Certificate and Coupon cancelled by it (or cancelled by another Paying Agent or the Replacement Agent and delivered to it) in accordance with Clause 4.11 4.10 (Exchange of Temporary Global Note), Clause 4.12 4.11 (Exchange of Permanent Global Note), Clause 4.15 4.13 (Delivery of Coupon sheets by the Principal Paying AgentsAgent), Clause 6.3 5.3 (Cancellation of mutilated or defaced Notes) or sub-sub- clause 8.1.3 7.1.3 (Payments by the Principal Paying Agents Agent - Cancellation) or Clause 9.3 8.2 (Cancellation), in which case and at the Issuer's request it shall shall, on request, furnish the relevant Issuer with a certificate as to such destruction distinguishing between the Notes of each Series and specifying the certificate or serial numbers of the Temporary Global Note, Permanent Global Note, Definitive Notes, Global Registered Note and Individual Note Certificates Definitive Notes in numerical sequence (and, in the case of Definitive Notes, and containing particulars of any unmatured Coupons and unexchanged Talons attached thereto or surrendered therewith) and the total number by payment or maturity date of Coupons (distinguishing Talons) so destroyed;

Cancelled Notes. may destroy each Temporary Global Note, Permanent Global Note, Definitive Note, Coupon, Global Registered Note or Individual Note Certificate cancelled by it (or cancelled by another Paying Agent or Replacement Agent and delivered to it) in accordance with Clause 4.11 (Exchange of Temporary Global Note), Clause 4.12 (Exchange of Permanent Global Note), Clause 4.15 (Delivery of Coupon sheets by Paying Agents), Clause 6.3 (Cancellation of mutilated or defaced Notes) or sub-clause 8.1.3 (Payments by Paying Agents - Cancellation) or Clause 9.3 (Cancellation), in which case and at the Issuer's request it shall furnish the Relevant Issuer and the Guarantor (where the Relevant Issuer is CBQ Finance Limited) with a certificate certificate, only upon the written request of the Relevant Issuer and/or Guarantor (when the Relevant Issuer is CBQ Finance Limited), as to such destruction distinguishing between the Notes of each Series and specifying the certificate or serial numbers of the Temporary Global Note, Permanent Global Note, Definitive Notes, Global Registered Note and Individual Note Certificates in numerical sequence (and, in the case of Definitive Notes, containing particulars of any unmatured Coupons and unexchanged Talons attached thereto or surrendered therewith) and the total number by payment or maturity date of Coupons (distinguishing Talons) so destroyed;.

Cancelled Notes. may destroy each Temporary Global Note, Permanent Global Note, Definitive Note, Coupon, Global Registered definitive Note or Individual Note Certificate and Coupon cancelled by it (or cancelled by another Paying Agent or Replacement Agent and delivered to it) in accordance with Clause 4.11 (Exchange of Temporary Global Note), Clause 4.12 (Exchange of Permanent Global Note), Clause 4.15 4.14 (Delivery of Coupon sheets by Paying Agents), Clause 6.3 5.3 (Cancellation of mutilated or defaced Notes) or sub-clause 8.1.3 7.1.4 (Payments by Paying Agents - CancellationRecording of payments) or Clause 9.3 8.3 (Cancellation), in which case and at the Issuer's request it shall furnish the Issuer with a certificate as to such destruction distinguishing between the Notes of each Series and specifying the certificate or serial numbers of the Temporary Global Note, Permanent Global Note, Definitive Notes, Global Registered Note and Individual Note Certificates definitive Notes in numerical sequence (and, in the case of Definitive Notes, and containing particulars of any unmatured Coupons and unexchanged Talons attached thereto or surrendered therewith) and the total number by payment or maturity date of Coupons (distinguishing Talons) so destroyed;
