Common use of Cancellations Clause in Contracts

Cancellations. 8.7.1 An undergraduate housing applicant who retains Storrs enrollment and cancels housing is subject to the following housing Cancellation Fee Schedule. The Cancellation Fee Schedule is effective from the date of application until the date of cancellation, or the date the room is vacated, whichever is later. Meal fees will be prorated on a daily basis. Applicants who are required to live on-campus as a part of the Residency Requirement are not eligible to cancel their housing.
