Cancellations and Amendments. 5.1. All requests by the Student for cancellations, Workshop/Webinar transfer or substitute must be received in writing. Changes will become effective on the date of the written confirmation by the CIOPORA Academy.
Cancellations and Amendments. You agree to use the same Security Procedures for cancellation and amendment requests as you use forTransfer Requests.
Cancellations and Amendments a) The Client may cancel any Booking Agreement within 14 calendar days of its formalisation with a full refund of all monies paid.
Cancellations and Amendments. If you Cancel or Amend your Booking We recognise that at times certain situations are outside of your control. If you need to cancel or amend your booking you must write to us or email us as soon as possible. A cancellation or amendment will not take effect until we receive confirmation from you. Any charges relating to cancellation (‘Cancellation Policy’) are laid out in the appendix attached to this booking contract. If in the event that: • any Balance required from you is not paid in accordance with the timeframes set out; or • you do not arrive at the property within 24 hours of your arrival time without notifying us then we shall be entitled to treat your booking as being cancelled by you and the cancellation policy will apply.
Cancellations and Amendments. 6.1. Cancellations or amendments to Goods and/or Services must be made in writing and are applicable from the date on which they are first requested.
Cancellations and Amendments. Ending this agreement • We may terminate this agreement by giving you at least 20 business days’ written notice. • You may terminate this agreement at any time, without penalty. Notice of termination must be given in writing and will take effect from the date of receipt. • Any transactions already initiated will be completed according to this agreement unless otherwise agreed in writing. • You will be liable to pay for any services we have provided before cancellation and any outstanding fees, if applicable. Amendments From time to time, it may be necessary to amend the terms set out in this agreement where it’s not necessary to issue a new agreement. If this is the case, we’ll write to you with details of the changes at least 28 business days. Product cancellation rights Full details of any financial products we recommend to you will be provided in the relevant product information you will receive. This will include information about any product cancellation rights along with any other early termination rights and penalties.
Cancellations and Amendments. 6.1 Cancellations notified to the owner will incur the following charges;- in excess of 6 weeks prior to the event booking: 30% of the order value; under 6 weeks and over 2 weeks prior to the event will be charged at 50% of the order value; under 2 weeks prior to the event will be charged at 100% of the order value.
Cancellations and Amendments. A minimum of two business days’ notice prior to the booked start date is required for any cancellation or amendments by contacting 0800 400 430 between the hours of 9:00am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday (excluding UK bank holidays). Late cancellations are subject to a charge of £150 as set out in paragraph 20.2 below.
Cancellations and Amendments. 6.1. Payment must be made before the cancellation deadline of the booking at full by bank transaction/bank loating or credit card. Payment should be made through Api Tour’ website by credit or debit card. Remind that no reservation will be definite without a payment. IMPORTANT NOTICE: When making the bank transfer, please indicate the confirmation code of the reservation in the first comment field. If further comment fields are available, please indicate the full name of the first passenger in the booking. If only one comment field is available, ONLY enter the confirmation code. If the information entered in the comment field does not match the information of the booking we will not be able to identify the reservation and it will be cancelled. In case of multiple bookings (with different confirmation codes), please make the bank transfer indicating your AGENCY ID and AGENCY NAME in the comment field for the corresponding amounts. All costs associated to bank transfer payments must be born by the customer. The amount of the bank transfer must cover the full amount of the reservation. In case the payment received does not cover the full amount of the reservation, it will be cancelled. If we do not receive the corresponding amount before the cancellation deadline, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
