Termination/Cancellation/Rejection The State specifically reserves the right upon written notice to immediately terminate the contract or any portion thereof at no additional cost to the State, providing, in the opinion of its Commissioner of Buildings and General Services, the products supplied by Contractor are not satisfactory or are not consistent with the terms of this Contract. The State also specifically reserves the right upon written notice, and at no additional cost to the State, to immediately terminate the contract for convenience and/or to immediately reject or cancel any order for convenience at any time prior to shipping notification.
Contract Cancellation By written notice and without a cure period, Buyer may cancel the whole Contract, or any part of this Contract, in the event of the suspension of Seller’s business, insolvency of Seller, institution of bankruptcy, liquidation proceedings by or against Seller, appointment of a trustee or receiver for Seller’s property or business, any assignment, reorganization, or arrangement by Seller for the benefit of creditors, or the debarment or suspension of Seller by any Government agency. Xxxxx’s remedies in the event of a cancellation of the Contract pursuant to this ¶ 18 shall be the same as set forth in ¶ 19, TERMINATION FOR DEFAULT.
Card Replacement If you need to replace the Card for any reason except at the time of Card expiration, please contact (000) 000-0000 to request a replacement. You will be required to provide personal information which may include your Account number, 16-digit Card number, full name, transaction history, copies of acceptable documentation, etc. Standard shipping of your replacement card will be provided without a fee. Expedited shipping is available via FedEx; however, an Expedited Shipping Fee of $50 will be assessed.
TERMINATION/CANCELLATION Cancellation of orders once placed with or accepted by Seller can be made only with Seller’s consent. Should Buyer, due to good cause, desire to affect the cancellation of an accepted order, Seller will accept such cancellation on the following basis:
ACCEPTANCE/REJECTION/CANCELLATION The County reserves the right to accept or to reject any or all bids and to make the award to that bidder who, in the opinion of the County, will be in the best interest of and/or the most advantageous to the County. The County also reserves the right to reject the bid of any bidder who has previously failed in the proper performance of an award or to deliver on time contracts of a similar nature or who, in the County’s opinion, is not in a position to perform properly under this award. The County reserves the right to inspect all facilities of bidders in order to make a determination as to the foregoing. The County reserves the right to waive any irregularities and technicalities and may, at its discretion, request a re- bid. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the County. The County reserves the right, and the Manager, Procurement Division has absolute and sole discretion, to cancel a solicitation at any time prior to approval of the award by the Board of County Commissioners when such approval is required. The decision to cancel a solicitation cannot be the basis for a protest pursuant to the Orange County Code.
Service Cancellation You may cancel the EM Service at any time by providing us thirty (30) calendar days prior written notice. In the event you wish to cancel your EM Service, you may do so by calling 0-000-000-0000 if associated with Basic Internet Service or 0-000-000-0000 for Fios Service. If you cancel during your Term Plan, you agree to pay us: (a) all Service fees accrued as of the cancellation date and (b) a termination charge equal to thirty-five percent (35%) of the applicable monthly rate times the number of months remaining in your Term Plan. You are responsible in all cases for the full amount of telephone company circuit cancellation charges incurred by you as a result of your cancellation.
Cancellation Pay If a Nurse’s scheduled tour is cancelled with less than fifteen (15) hours’ notice prior to the starting time of their scheduled tour, they shall receive four (4) hours pay at their regular straight hourly rate. Shift Cancellation If any nurse is cancelled with less than twenty four (24) hours notice of the commencement of their assigned duties she shall be paid a minimum of three (3) hours pay at the applicable rate of pay. Notice will be left on the employee’s work voice mail.
Cancellation/Termination EY may terminate this Purchase Order in whole or in part, with or without cause, at any time and without liability, upon written notice to Supplier. In the event of any termination, Supplier shall promptly refund to EY any fees paid for Services or Work Product(s) that have not been provided as at the effective date of termination, and no further fees shall be due from EY in respect of the Services or Work Product(s). Termination or expiry of this Purchase Order for any reason shall not affect the accrued rights and obligations of the parties at the date of termination or expiry (as applicable).
