Cancellation Policy. Client is responsible for payment of the agreed upon fee for any missed session(s). Cancellation Policy. In the event you cancel your reservation, please be aware that there are financial consequences for cancelled reservations. If evidence of a pet(s) is found in the unit or on the premises you will be asked to vacate immediately with NO REFUND OF RENT OR DAMAGE DEPOSIT. Cancellation Policy. To cancel your participation after you have paid the study away deposit, notify the Xxxxxx Center for Study Away and International Education by email (xxxxx.xxxx@xxxxxx.xxx). The $500 study away deposit is non- refundable and non-transferrable.
