Cancellation Penalties. Residents who fail to submit written notification of contract cancellation on or before the stated Cancellation Deadlines (section V.C) will incur the following penalties:
Cancellation Penalties. For classes that fail to happen as scheduled, without notice or with less than 14 day notice, Contractor shall be charged a penalty of 50% of the cost of the session. Notice given after 5:00 p.m. on any business day or on a weekend will be considered given at 8:00 a.m. on the next business day.
Cancellation Penalties. Vault Rentals shall be entitled to compensation, not to exceed the rental payments, for any losses Vault Rentals may sustain because of Your cancellation of all or part of an order.
Cancellation Penalties. Except for those agreements described on Schedule 4.01(u), there exists no agreements with cancellation penalties of greater than $1,000.00, and prior to Closing Date, Company shall have not entered into new agreements with cancellation penalties of greater than $1,000.00.
Cancellation Penalties. Additionally Customer shall reimburse DSM for any out of pocket expenses (raw materials etc.) which are not cancellable.
Cancellation Penalties. In the event of cancellation within 24 hours of the agreed rental period, a cancellation charge of 100% of the rental fee will apply in consideration of the rental company’s preparing, holding in reserve or sub-‐renting equipment, facilities or vehicles on your behalf. By keeping the rental company informed of any changes to your shooting schedule you can either minimize or avoid cancellation fees.
Cancellation Penalties. The County reserves the right to cancel scheduled training at least ten (10) business days (not including County holidays), prior to the event and not be charged by the Provider for the course or training materials. Xxxxxxxxx imposed on Provider:

Cancellation Penalties. Cancellation penalties will apply for all bookings cancelled with less than 72 hours notice and charged as follows: No Refund of deposit or additional amounts paid. Any order that is cancelled forfeits its deposit and any additional payments made to Lessor. The Lessor will deem in the situation warrants a credit towards future business and this will be at the Lessors discretion.
Cancellation Penalties. A. A cancellation penalty will apply if the contract is canceled after the due dates listed under CANCELLATION OR SUSPENSION OF THE CONTRACT, Section VI.
