Common use of Cancellation of Warrant Certificates Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Warrant Certificates. If the Company shall purchase or acquire any Warrant or Warrants, the Warrant Certificate or Warrant Certificates evidencing the same shall thereupon be delivered to the Warrant Agent and canceled by it and retired. The Warrant Agent shall also cancel Common Stock following exercise of any or all of the Warrants represented thereby or delivered to it for transfer, split up, combination or exchange.

Cancellation of Warrant Certificates. If the Company shall purchase or acquire any Warrant or Warrants, the Warrant Certificate or Warrant Certificates evidencing the same shall thereupon be delivered to the Warrant Agent and canceled by it and retired.
