Cancellation of Shift. (applicable to regular part-time employees only) Where a regular part-time employee’s scheduled shift is cancelled by the Hospital with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice, she shall receive time and one-half (1.5) of her regular straight time hourly rate for all hours worked on her next shift.

Cancellation of Shift. Cancellation of a shift will be on the basis of seniority of the nurses on the unit on that shift except where there is a nurse working at premium pay on the unit on that shift, who shall be the first to be cancelled. If there is more than one (1) nurse on the unit, that shift, working at premium pay, the most junior nurse will be the first to be cancelled. Shifts will be cancelled in the following order:
