Cancellation for Inactivity. If an Associate fails to earn a commission for six consecutive months, his/her Associate Agreement and Neumi business will be canceled for inactivity. The buyer shall then be classified as a retail customer.

If an Ambassador or Influencers fails to pay the renewal fee at the time of their Bella Grace anniversary, his/her Ambassador or Influencers Agreement and Xxxxx Xxxxx business will be canceled. If an Ambassador or Influencer has an autoship, the Ambassador or Influencers’ autoship order shall continue unless the Ambassador or Influencer specifically requests that his or her autoship order be canceled. The buyer shall then be classified as a retail customer.

If an Associate also subscribes to the Company’s products, the Associate’s monthly subscription shall continue unless the Associate also specifically requests that his or her subscription also be canceled. The former Associate will then be classified as a retail customer. If the former Associate wishes to re-enroll as an Associate, he or she must submit a new application and will be placed at the bottom of the binary tree. Please note: Associates who have pre-paid for their Monthly Plan for a minimum of 1 year will not be reclassified as a Customer through the term of their prepayment.
Cancellation for Inactivity. If an Affiliate does not earn a Commission or Bonus for one year, his or her Affiliate Agreement will be cancelled for inactivity.

If an Ambassador is also an Oola sub- xxxxxxx, the Ambassador’s Oola subscription shall continue unless the Ambassador also specifically requests that it be canceled.
Cancellation for Inactivity. If an Ambassador fails to earn a commission for six consecutive months or to generate at least 79 PV in any rolling 12-consecutive month period, his/her Ambassador Agreement and Girl Power Alliance business will be canceled for inactivity. If an Ambassador is also a Girl Power Alliance subscriber, the Ambassador’s Girl Power Alliance membership subscription shall continue unless the Ambassador also specifically requests that it be canceled.
Cancellation for Inactivity. If a Stylist fails to earn a commission for six consecutive months, his/her Stylist Agreement and Cinder & Sky business will be cancelled for inactivity. The buyer shall then be classified as a retail customer.
Cancellation for Inactivity. If a Mar- keting Partner fails to earn a commission for six consecutive months, his/her Marketing Partner Agreement and Arego business will be cancelled for inactivity. If a Marketing Partner is also on the Autoship program, the Marketing Partner’s Autoship order shall continue unless the Marketing Partner also specifically requests that his or her Autoship Agreement also be canceled. The buyer shall then be classified as a retail customer.
