Cancellation Before the Start of the Contract Period. You may request to cancel this Contract for any of the following reasons as indicated in writing to the Office of Housing and Residence Life (xxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxx) and by completing the cancellation request form which will be provided via email in accordance with this Contract: • Is no longer enrolling at University or is withdrawing from University as confirmed by the Registrar; • Has a documented disability or medical condition requiring accommodations that the University is unable to reasonably provide which must be reviewed by University Accommodations/Disability Services; or • Enters into military service or receives orders for active duty military service during the Contract Period. University will review your request for contract cancellation and provide notice regarding University’s decision. The Effective Date of Cancellation is the date your notice of cancellation (via cancellation request form) is received by the Office of Housing and Residence Life. Cancellation Before the Start of the Contract Period. Before May 1, 2018, you may cancel this Contract for any reason by providing notice of cancellation in writing to the Office of Housing and Residence Life to xxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxx in accordance with Section XV.a. below. Cancellation Before the Start of the Contract Period. Before December 1, 2017, you may cancel this Contract for any reason by providing notice of cancellation in writing to the Office of Residence Life to xxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxx.xxx in accordance with Section XV.a. below, and receive a full refund of the deposit. On or after December 1, 2017, but prior to January 1, 2018 you may cancel this Contract for any reason by providing notice of cancellation in writing to the Office of Residence Life to xxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxx.xxx in accordance with Section XV.a. below, and be charged a Cancellation Fee of $200. On or after January 1, 2018, but prior to the start of the Contract Period, you may cancel this Contract for any reason by providing notice of cancellation in writing to the Office of Residence Life to xxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxx.xxx in accordance with Section XV.a. below, and be charged a Cancellation Fee of $500.   • CFR PART 200 Termination Termination for cause and for convenience by the grantee or subgrantee including the manner by which it will be effected and the basis for settlement.   • Amendment of Contract Period The parties may modify the contract termination date by written supplemental agreement prior to the date of termination as set forth in Article 6, Supplemental Agreements, of attachment A, General Provisions, provided, however, that the termination date may, in no event, be extended past the fifth anniversary of execution.

  • Termination for Catastrophe In event of Catastrophic Damage, this contract may be modified un- der B8.32, following rate redetermination under B3.32, or terminated under this Subsection. Such termination shall not be considered a termination under B8.34.

  • Drawings Submitted During the Contract Term Where required to develop maintain and deliver diagrams or other technical schematics regarding the scope of work, Contractor shall do so on an ongoing basis at no additional charge, and must, as a condition of payment, update drawings and plans during the Contract term to reflect additions, alterations, and deletions. Such drawings and diagrams shall be delivered to the Authorized User’s representative.

  • TERM OF THE CONTRACT A. This Contract has an initial term of one (1) year and a bilateral option provision for three (3) additional terms. The total term of the Contract cannot exceed four (4) years. An extension may be offered beyond the original four-year term if Sourcewell deems such action to be in the best interests of Sourcewell and its Members. The Contractor may withdraw from the Contract on each anniversary of the award, provided that the Contractor gives 60 Days written notice of its intent to withdraw. Sourcewell may, for any reason, terminate this Contract at any time.

  • C4 Contract Price During Extension of the Initial Contract Period C4.1 Subject to the Pricing Schedule and the provision in clause F6 (Variation), the Contract Price shall apply for the Initial Contract Period and following an extension pursuant to clause F8 (Extension of Initial Contract Period), to the date of expiry of the extended period, or such earlier date of termination or partial termination of the agreement in accordance with the Law or the provisions of the Contract.   • Termination of the Contract 11.1.   • Partial Disposal During Term of Service Agreement Throughout the Term of the Service Agreement, LEA may request partial disposal of Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement that is no longer needed. Partial disposal of data shall be subject to LEA’s request to transfer data to a separate account, pursuant to Article II, section 3, above.

  • Complete Disposal Upon Termination of Service Agreement Upon Termination of the Service Agreement Provider shall dispose or delete all Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement. Prior to disposition of the data, Provider shall notify LEA in writing of its option to transfer data to a separate account, pursuant to Article II, section 3, above. In no event shall Provider dispose of data pursuant to this provision unless and until Provider has received affirmative written confirmation from LEA that data will not be transferred to a separate account.
