Cancellation and Nonrenewal. You may cancel this policy by returning the policy to us or by giving us written notice and stating at what future date coverage is to stop. We may cancel or not renew this policy by written notice to you at the address shown on the Declarations. Proof of delivery or mailing is sufficient proof of notice. During the first 60 days this policy is in effect, we may cancel for any reason. After this policy has been in effect 60 days or more, or if it is a renewal of a policy issued by us, we may cancel or not renew only at the anniversary date unless:

Cancellation or nonrenewal for nonpayment of premium after a grace period is effective on the date the notice is mailed. We may cancel this policy within the first fifty-nine (59) days of the initial policy period for any reason other than location of residence, age, race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or ancestry of an insured person. After this policy is in effect for sixty (60) days, or if this is a renewal or continuation policy, we may only cancel for one (1) or more of the following reasons:

Cancellation and Nonrenewal. The Company may cancel this Community Association Management Liability Coverage Policy in which case 20 days written notice will be given to the Named Insured. The Company has the right to the premium amount for the portion of the Policy Period during which this Community Association Management Liability Coverage Policy was in effect. Subject to the provisions set forth in section V. CONDITIONS, N. CHANGE OF CONTROL, the Named Insured may cancel this Community Association Management Liability Coverage Policy by mailing the Company written notice stating when, thereafter, not later than the Expiration Date set forth in ITEM 2 of the Declarations, such cancellation will be effective. The earned premium will be computed on a pro rata basis. Premium adjustment may be made either at the time cancellation is effective or as soon as practicable after cancellation becomes effective, but payment or tender of unearned premium is not a condition of cancellation. The Company will not be required to renew this Community Association Management Liability Coverage Policy upon its expiration. If the Company elects not to renew, it will provide to the Named Insured written notice to that effect at least 30 days before the Expiration Date set forth in ITEM 2 of the Declarations.
