Any claim for such adjustment by Supplier must be asserted in writing by Supplier within 30 days from the date the change is ordered by Verizon. Pending negotiation of an equitable adjustment, Supplier will continue with Work as directed by Verizon.

Cancellation and Changes. XXXX may, at any time, upon notice to Seller, without cause and without liability to XXXX, cancel or change the Order, in whole or part, prior to shipment. The Order may not be otherwise amended unless there is a written document signed by both parties.
