Campus Safety a. The University, in its sole discretion, may cancel this Contract, when the University has reasonable cause to believe that the Student’s continued presence in campus residence facilities presents a risk to the safety or health of the residential community, or presents a reasonable likelihood of imminent injury or disruption of normal residential activities.

Campus Safety. Personal safety begins with each individual who is part of the University community. Be vigilant by always being aware of your surroundings and use good judgment, whether day or night. Most important, never hesitate to call the Department of Public Safety’s emergency telephone number (000) 000-0000 when you need help or more information about our services.
Campus Safety. The University, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to exclude the Student from campus residence facilities immediately, without prior notice, where the Student’s continued presence in campus residence facilities presents a substantial risk to the safety or health of other residents, or presents a reasonable likelihood of imminent substantial disruption of normal residential activities.
Campus Safety. Given the unique scheduling circumstances for nighttime campus safety, up to five consecutive days in a given school year may be taken off work and made up through flextime. The employee will need to make a request for this time to the supervisor at the beginning of staff contract year. The supervisor will have discretion in approving this time based on availability and overtime status of the department. Changes after the beginning of the contract year may be made at the supervisor’s discretion. This process is not grievable.

Students with three unexcused absences and/or tardies over 30 min- utes will receive a truancy letter. Students will pick up their missed work when they return. Please call the Washington Union Office at 484-1331 if your child will not be attending school for any reason.
Campus Safety. By September 15, 2015, the University will evaluate the University’s River Trail area to determine if this area has adequate lighting and emergency phones. The University will install additional lighting and emergency phones as needed.
Campus Safety. For employee safety, campus lights shall be turned on after twilight on weekdays when employees are present.

  • Site Safety Buyer shall comply with all federal, state, and local safety regulations and standards applicable to the Site and to the Equipment on which Siemens will perform the Services. Siemens shall not be obligated to commence or perform Services unless Buyer’s Site complies with all applicable safety requirements. In the event Buyer’s Site safety is non- compliant, Siemens may suspend the Services until such time as Buyer corrects the non-compliance. To the extent Siemens incurs additional time and expense as the result of Buyer’s non-compliance, Siemens shall be entitled to an equitable adjustment in the schedule, price and other affected provisions of the Agreement.
