Campus Access a. Drop off/pick up: Drop off and pick up shall be at a designated campus location at all elementary sites.
Campus Access. The identified staff representatives and Stewards of the Union shall have reasonable access to the University’s facilities for the transaction of necessary Union business relating to this Agreement so long as normal business and classroom activities are not disrupted or attempted to be disrupted.
Campus Access. All parents of registered students have access to areas on the facility premises where their child is receiving services. Parents will be required to follow Franklin Phonetic School procedures regarding admission to facilities during school hours.
Campus Access. As mutually agreed, and at no additional cost to Bank, Bank will actively participate in campus student programs, including but not limited to the presence of Bank representatives and presentations at new student orientations, fairs, and similar campus-wide events directed at students and/or and staff, whether in person or virtual. University agrees to cooperate with Bank exclusively in the expansion of financial services available to current and future Eligible University Community Members, including but not limited to the above marketing efforts and “tabling” on campus. At all such events determined throughout the year, and at no additional cost to Bank, University will provide Bank with “preferred access” to campus common areas and tabling locations or their virtual equivalent as described by the University. From time to time, and with University’s prior approval of the date and venue, Bank will be permitted to offer financial seminars at no additional cost to Bank.
Campus Access i. To the extent possible, web-based technology will be utilized for providing assistance with administrative procedures, including admissions, financial aid, registration and billing, grade collection and reporting, etc.
Campus Access. Sound Transit will provide replacement permanent pedestrian access to campus at NE 00xx Xxxxxx. Sound Transit will submit a plan which will illustrate how it will replace pedestrian access from 15th Avenue NE onto campus, including wheelchair access from 15th Avenue NE to the Law School Shaft site and from the Law School Shaft site on to campus. The walkway from 15th Avenue NE to Memorial Drive will be designed collaboratively with University staff; the costs of constructing this walkway will be apportioned between the University and Sound Transit based on agreed-upon usage and benefit.
Campus Access. Campus safety is the District’s highest priority. Provider agrees to ensure the campus remains secured at all times upon entry and exit. All employees must sign in at the main office of the campus and must utilize the Visitor Management System during school hours.
Campus Access. Members will be provided a key card to access the Campus and you are required to scan your key card every time you come on Campus to work. If you’re here only for a public event or members-only event, then you aren’t required to scan. If you are on a “pay as you go” membership, scanning your key card will determine your usage and you will be on the honor system – however if we find that you violate this policy we may cancel or suspend your Membership. Keys, key cards and other such items used to gain physical access to the building or the office space remain our property and you will be responsible for safeguarding our property and may be liable for replacement fees should any such property be lost, stolen or destroyed. You will not make any copies of any keys or other means of entry to the Campus or lend, share or transfer any keys or key cards to any third party.
Campus Access. Security will direct traffic flow near and on the Xxxxxxx Xxxxx University- Hawaii (BYUH) campus and post a guard at Gate 8, the entrance to the road behind the Polynesian Cultural Center (PCC) running along the BYUH campus and the main campus entrance to allow only emergency vehicles, security vehicles, trams and tour buses, emergency plan personnel vehicles, and other necessary vehicles to pass. Polynesian Cultural Center (PCC) Guests: Polynesian Cultural Center (PCC) employees will direct the evacuation of their guests according to the PCC emergency plan Evacuation Assistance: Once Polynesian Cultural Center (PCC) guests have been evacuated to shelters, the PCC and Xxxxxxx Xxxxx University-Hawaii (BYUH) should make trams, buses and other vehicles available for the evacuation of residents, especially the physically challenged and elderly as decided necessary. Evacuation Halt: Families leaving their residence for emergency shelter will be vulnerable to natural hazards as the emergency progresses (e.g., a storm or hurricane). When conditions become too dangerous for further travel, the Honolulu Department of Emergency Management (DEM) Emergency Broadcast System (EBS) announcement will usually notify residents to discontinue evacuation travel and remain home. Campus Access. A. The Union shall have access to Xxxx College meeting space, subject to availability and the same procedures and policies required of other groups and organizations that utilize the College’s space. Union representatives shall have reasonable access to the College campus to communicate with Union members and to conduct other Union business.
