  • Waivers - Contract The failure of the County in any one or more instances to insist upon strict performance of any of the terms of this Contract or to exercise any option contained herein shall not be construed as a waiver or relinquishment to any extent of the right to assert or rely upon any such terms or option on any future occasion.

  • Project contract 1. For each approved project a project contract shall be concluded between the Programme Operator and the Project Promoter.
