Calltime Notification. The Employer must provide a call time and location to all Employees with a minimum notification time of daily turnaround. Failure to do so, will result in affected Employees being in turnaround until the minimum amount of turnaround hours have passed.

  • Employee Notification A copy of any disciplinary action or material related to employee performance which is placed in the personnel file shall be provided to the employee (the employee so noting receipt, or the supervisor noting employee refusal to acknowledge receipt) or sent by certified mail (return receipt requested) to the employee's last address appearing on the Employer's records.

  • WORK NOTIFICATIONS Purchaser shall notify the Contract Administrator a minimum of 3 business days before work begins.

  • Control Area Notification At least three months before Initial Synchronization Date, Interconnection Customer shall notify Distribution Provider in writing of the Control Area in which the Generating Facility will be located.   • REPORTING - NOTIFICATION Reports, Evaluations, and Reviews required under this §8 shall be in accordance with the procedures of and in such form as prescribed by the State and in accordance with §19, if applicable.
