Calls and other obligations. (a) The Chargor shall pay all calls or other payments due and payable in respect of any of the Security Assets and if the Chargor fails to do so the Security Trustee may pay the calls or other payments on behalf of the Chargor. The Chargor shall forthwith on demand reimburse the Security Trustee for any payment made by the Security Trustee pursuant to this paragraph (a) together with interest at the Default Rate from the date of payment by the Security Trustee up to and including the date of reimbursement by the Chargor.
