Common use of Callout Clause in Contracts

Callout. The Employer agrees to pay all employees a minimum of two (2) hours at overtime rates when they are called back to work outside regular working hours. Employees will be called out in the following order: firstly the employee(s) who normally do the work, then by seniority within the classification and then by bargaining unit-wide seniority within the Division provided that in all cases the employee is qualified to perform the work.
