Common use of Called Back to Work Clause in Contracts

Called Back to Work. When an employee is called back to work after leaving the nursing home upon completion of his/her shift, such employee shall be paid at time and one-half (1½) his/her regular rate of pay for actual hours worked with a minimum of three (3) hours of such pay. If an employee is called in immediately prior to the commencement of his/her regular shift, he/she shall be paid at overtime rate time and one-half (1½) for the actual hours worked until the commencement of the shift.
