Call-Up to Active Military. Duty During a National or International Crisis or Conflict (USM Policy VII-7.24) Military leave for call up to Active Duty during a national or international crisis or conflict for employees covered by this MOU is governed by USM Policy VII – 7.24 (Approved by the Board of Regents, October 5, 2001; Amended December 6, 2002; Amended October 17, 2003; Amended September 10, 2004; Amended June 18, 2010) and is subject to all the terms and conditions set forth therein.

ESC Region 8 and TIPS Members reserves the right to terminate any agreement in excess of $10,000 resulting from this procurement process for convenience with 30 days notice in writing to the awarded vendor.
