Call Types. The Service does not allow you to make 500, 700, 900, 950, 976, 0001, 0+, calling card calls or dial-around calls (e.g., 10-10-XXXX), nor does it allow you to accept collect calls or third number billed calls.

  • Account Types The Financial Institution agrees that each Collateral Account is, and will be maintained as, either a “securities account” (as defined in Section 8-501 of the UCC) or a “deposit account” (as defined in Section 9-102(a)(29) of the UCC).

  • Method of Selecting Types and Interest Periods for New Advances The Company shall select the Type of Advance and, in the case of each Eurodollar Advance, the Interest Period applicable thereto from time to time. The Company shall give the Agent irrevocable notice (a “Borrowing Notice”) not later than 12:00 noon (New York City time) on the Borrowing Date of each Floating Rate Advance and not later than 12:00 noon (New York City time) three (3) Business Days before the Borrowing Date for each Eurodollar Advance, specifying:

  • Various Types of Loans Each Revolving Loan shall be divided into tranches which are, either a Base Rate Loan or a LIBOR Loan (each a “type” of Loan), as the Company shall specify in the related notice of borrowing or conversion pursuant to Section 2.2.2 or 2.2.3. LIBOR Loans having the same Interest Period which expire on the same day are sometimes called a “Group” or collectively “Groups”.   • Availability of Types of Advances If any Lender determines that maintenance of its Eurodollar Loans at a suitable Lending Installation would violate any applicable law, rule, regulation, or directive, whether or not having the force of law, or if the Required Lenders determine that (i) deposits of a type and maturity appropriate to match fund Eurodollar Advances are not available or (ii) the interest rate applicable to Eurodollar Advances does not accurately reflect the cost of making or maintaining Eurodollar Advances, then the Agent shall suspend the availability of Eurodollar Advances and require any affected Eurodollar Advances to be repaid or converted to Floating Rate Advances, subject to the payment of any funding indemnification amounts required by Section 3.4.
