Call Rooms. Clean and secure call rooms with linens will be available for employees who have a mandatory requirement to return to work within the required time. In the event a call room is not available, and the employee lives outside of the required response time, a hotel voucher will be provided.
Call Rooms. The County shall provide on-call rooms as provided for in accordance with ACGME guidelines. The County shall provide safe, secure on-call rooms, bathrooms and shower facilities which are readily accessible to patient care areas. On-call rooms shall be designated as smoke-free areas and shall be properly maintained with adequate temperature control. The number of on-call rooms shall be sufficient for all house staff officers on duty at night. The County will make every reasonable effort to provide separate male and female call rooms at each facility. On-Call rooms will be furnished in accordance with established Fire and Safety standards.
Call Rooms. The County shall provide safe, secure on-call rooms in accordance with all ACGME guidelines. The County shall not change the number or location of call rooms, or provisions within call rooms, without reasonable advance notice and discussion with CIR. The County will conduct an annual walk-through of call rooms. The walk through will take place each January of the MOU by the Medical Director or designee and a representative of the union to ensure ACGME compliance. Concerns will be addressed at the monthly Union/Management meeting.
Call Rooms. Call rooms will be provided within HOSPITAL for when PROFESSIONAL is on-call. Such call rooms are assigned for sleeping and other professional activity and are not to be used for social purposes, personal matters or any activity that would cause damage to the reputation of HOSPITAL or PROFESSIONAL if publicly known.
Call Rooms. Call rooms are available while the Resident is on call at the Hospital. Meals are made available to Residents at no charge through physician lounge(s) at each campus.
Call Rooms. California Hospital Medical Center shall provide up to four (4) safe and secure call rooms and access to restrooms and showers. All on-call rooms shall be in compliance with ACGME guidelines and maintained by California Hospital Medical Center, including regular cleaning and changing of linens. Each room shall have the following items: Bed, TV, phone, and computer with ability to operate EMR.
Call Rooms. St. Mary's Medical Center shall provide safe and secure call rooms and access to restrooms and showers. All on-call rooms shall be in compliance with ACGME or CPME guidelines and maintained by St. Mary's Medical Center, including regular cleaning and changing of linens. Each room shall have the following items: Bed, phone, computers (with PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Chrome capabilities), internet capabilities and access to intercom paging. Subject to change due to operational needs (including the relocation or discontinuation of use), the number of call rooms shall be in accordance with the attached diagram. The additional call room (T5-37) will become available in or around February 2016 after the current occupant moves to another location.
Call Rooms. AHS will maintain the current location of call rooms for the period of this contract, and will meet and confer with CIR/SEIU regarding the location of any future call rooms. This subsection will be arbitrable under Article 17, “Grievance Procedure.”
Call Rooms. The University will provide call rooms at the University that ensure adequate safe, quiet, and clean, sleep and rest facilities. The call rooms will be subject to daily housekeeping services, including on weekends and holidays and will not be accessible to the general public.
Call Rooms. It is KSOM’s expectation that Residents/Fellows have adequate access to on-call rooms for sleep and rest at all rotation sites as required by the ACGME to ensure healthy and safe learning and working environments by providing safe, quiet, clean, and private sleep/rest facilities that are accessible within a proximity appropriate for safe patient care. Upon notice from a Resident/Fellow or the Union that any rotation site fails to provide such adequate access KSOM will take all reasonable efforts to provide notice to the rotation site of the issue and deficiency and work with the rotation site to resolve the issue and deficiency expeditiously.
