Call Monitoring. 11.1 The Customer agrees that HBT may monitor and record calls made to or by HBT or to the Customer (and/or any of their employees or personnel), for training purposes, to improve the quality of its customer services and to assist with complaint handling. The Customer undertakes to make its employees and personnel aware of the rights reserved by HBT under this condition.
