Common use of Call Monitoring Clause in Contracts

Call Monitoring. 16.1 The Client agrees that Digital Origin may monitor and record calls made to or by Digital Origin by or to the Client (and/or any of their employees or personnel), for training purposes, to improve the quality of its client services and to assist with complaint handling. The Client undertakes to make its employees and personnel aware of the rights reserved by Digital Origin under this condition.
