Common use of Call-In Clause in Contracts

Call-In. 30.1: Voluntary call-in overtime shall be rotated in accordance with prior practices. Call-in overtime is defined as when an employee is not on duty and is required to return to work. If an employee is missed on the call-in list, the employee shall be allowed by the end of the next pay period to work eight (8) additional hours at his/her shift choice at the overtime rate for the overtime opportunity missed.
