Call-In Work Outside the Posted and Confirmed Period a) Where additional work becomes available outside the posted and confirmed period, for a period of up to four (4) weeks outside the posted and confirmed period, the Pro-Forma Call-In Work Availability Form shall be used to schedule Call-In work in order of seniority, first to qualified part-time, then to qualified casual Employees who are on the Call-In list. No Employee shall be scheduled more than 112 hours in a three-week period unless covered by an extended shift agreement. All scheduling provisions of Article 13.05 shall apply.

  • Shipping must be Freight On Board Destination to the delivery location designated on the Customer purchase order The Contractor will retain title and control of all goods until delivery is completed and the Customer has accepted the delivery. All risk of transportation and all related charges are the responsibility of the Contractor. The Customer will notify the Contractor and H-GAC promptly of any damaged goods and will assist the Contractor in arranging for inspection. The Contractor must file all claims for visible or concealed damage. Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement, deliveries must consist only of new and unused merchandise.

  • DELIVERY: FOB DESTINATION, INSIDE DELIVERY, FREIGHT PAID Whenever possible, contractors should give the ordering entities 3 working days prior notice of any deliveries and/or installations. Furniture contractors will not be responsible for the removal/moving of existing furnishings unless requested by the ordering entity. Contractors should verify site readiness prior to delivery. All deliveries will be made during normal working hours unless otherwise arranged with the ordering entity. Contractor will communicate any scheduling delays and/or changes immediately. Agencies will not be responsible for any freight damage, concealed or otherwise.
