Call Back Pay. 1. When an employee returns to work because of an agency/department request made after the employee has completed his or her normal work shift and left the work station, the employee shall be credited with four (4) hours work plus any hours of work in excess of four (4) hours in which the employee is continuously engaged in work for which he or she was called back.
Call Back Pay. Employees who are called to report to work on their regular day off or that have been recalled to work after having left the Employer's premises, shall be guaranteed a minimum of two (2) hours of pay plus travel time at the regular rate of pay for actual hours worked or at the applicable overtime rate, whichever is greater. Employees who are currently guaranteed a minimum of pay greater than two (2) hours shall continue to be paid at the greater minimum. Should the employee be paid for at least eight hours, travel time shall not be paid.
Call Back Pay. 23.01 An employee who has completed his full daily or weekly shifts, and has left the plant, and is called back to perform additional or emergency work, will be paid for the time actually worked at the applicable overtime rate. Employees called back under this Clause will be guaranteed a minimum of four (4) hours of work or pay determined by the Company.
Call Back Pay. 26.01 When an employee is recalled to a place of work for a specific duty, he/she shall be paid the greater of:
Call Back Pay. A. An employee who has left his/her work place of employment after having completed work on his/her regular shift, and who is called back to his/her work place prior to the commencement of his/her scheduled shift shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay at his/her regular hourly overtime rate. This Section shall not apply to an employee who is called in to start his/her shift early and who continues to work that shift.

Call Back Pay. When a regularly scheduled employee has left the workstation and is required to return to the workstation outside of regularly scheduled hours, the employee will receive three (3) hours bonus pay plus time actually worked. The bonus pay will be compensated at the regular rate; time worked will be compensated at time and one-half. Time worked immediately preceding the regular shift does not constitute call back, provided time worked does not exceed two (2) hours or notice of at least eight (8) hours has been given.

Section I Whenever an employee is ordered by the administrative head of their department, office or bureau, or their designee to return to duty following the termination of their work shift and departure from their work location, they shall receive minimum compensation equivalent to four hours at their appropriate overtime rate. Call Back time contiguous to and continuing into a normal work shift will not be treated as Call Back for purposes of this Article, but will instead be compensated as hour for hour overtime.
Call Back Pay. Employees who have left work after the end of their scheduled work shift and who are called back to work or called to perform business related tasks, shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours of overtime, including portal-to-portal travel, if applicable. This provision shall not apply to employees who are called in early prior to their regular starting time and work through their regular shift.
