Call Back on Vacation. (a) Employees who have commenced their annual vacation shall not be called back to work except in cases of extreme emergency. Employees called back shall be compensated at the rate of double time for all time worked and shall be entitled to schedule vacation at a later date. Expenses incurred in call-back, including transportation costs, etc. shall be reimbursed by the employer.
