Call Back Number. A telephone number that can be used by the PSAP to re-contact the location from which a 911/E-911 Call was placed. The telephone number may or may not be the telephone number of the station used to originate the 911/E-911 Call.

Call Back Number. The MIN or MDN, whichever is applicable, of a Wireless End User who has made a 9-1-1 call, which usually can be used by the PSAP to call back the Wireless End User if a 9-1-1 call is disconnected. In certain situations, the MIN or MDN forwarded to the PSAPs may not provide the PSAP with information necessary to call back the Wireless End User making the 9-1-1 call, including, but not limited to, situations affected by illegal use of Service (such as fraud, cloning, and tumbling).

  • Call Back Where employees are called back to work after having completed a regular shift, and prior to the commencement of their next regular shift, they shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours of work or four (4) hours pay at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2) their regular hourly earnings. Superior provisions shall remain.

  • Call Back Pay 1. When an employee returns to work because of an agency/department request made after the employee has completed his or her normal work shift and left the work station, the employee shall be credited with four (4) hours work plus any hours of work in excess of four (4) hours in which the employee is continuously engaged in work for which he or she was called back.

  • Call Back Time Any employee called back to work after completion of his/her regular assignment shall be compensated for at least two (2) hours of work at the overtime rate, irrespective of the actual time worked.

  • Minimum Call-Back Time An employee who is called in and required to work outside their regular working hours shall be paid for a minimum of two (2) hours at overtime rates unless the call-in is immediately prior to their normal work day, in which case there should be no minimum.

  • Call Back From Vacation (a) Employees who have commenced their annual vacation shall not be called back to work, except in cases of extreme emergency.

  • Small Business Preference Commitment This section is applicable if Contractor received a small business preference in connection with this Agreement. Contractor’s failure to meet the small business commitment set forth in its bid or proposal constitutes a breach of this Agreement. Contractor must within sixty (60) days of receiving final payment under this Agreement report to the JBE the actual percentage of small/micro business participation that was achieved. If Contractor is a nonprofit veteran service agency (“NVSA”), Contractor must employ veterans receiving services from the NVSA for not less than 75 percent of the person-hours of direct labor required for the production of goods and the provision of services performed pursuant to this Agreement.
