Call Back Guarantee. When an Employee has completed their scheduled shift and returns by direction of the Employer to perform additional work, they shall receive overtime pay for the actual hours worked with a minimum guarantee of two (2) hour’s pay at the applicable rate.
Call Back Guarantee. An Employee who is called back to work outside his/her regular working hours shall be paid for minimum of three (3) hours at overtime rates. He/she shall be paid from the time he/she leaves his/her home to report for duty until the time he/she arrives back upon proceeding directly from work.
Call Back Guarantee a. Where employees are called back to work after having completed a regular shift and prior to the commencement of their regular shift they shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay at straight time or time and one half (1 ½) the actual number of hours worked whichever is greater.
b. Where the call back is immediately prior to the commencement of their regular shift, the call back pay will only apply to the point of commencement of regular shift at the rate of time and one half (1 ½) after which they shall revert back to the regular shift.
Call Back Guarantee. All call-backs which will require employees to work over eight (8) hours in twenty-four (24) hours shall be paid for at the rate of time and one-half (1 1/2) the employees' regular rate of pay. There shall be a minimum call-back guarantee of four (4) hours' pay at time and one-half (1 1/2) the regular rate. A call-back will be defined as any call to work that is not in concert with Section 21.2 (e) or Section 30.1 (b) and does not include those employees whose shifts are changed as agreed to in Article 30 or in Section 28.1 (c), paragraph 2.
Call Back Guarantee. A minimum of three (3) hours call back guarantee at overtime rates will be paid once in a twelve (12) hour period which shall be from noon to midnight and from midnight to noon to all employees who are called back to work after completing their normal work day or work week, with the following exceptions:
a) call back guarantee shall not be paid on any day on which standby time is paid under Article 25.02 (a).
b) any employee on the wage guarantee engaged in Winter Works Period as per Article 17.
Call Back Guarantee. When an employee is required to work outside of regular hours, the minimum payment will be equivalent to four (4) hours work or time and one-half (1½) her/his applicable hourly rate for hours worked, whichever is greater. Where the hours worked are continuous with the commencement of her/his regular shift, the minimum payment will not apply and she/he will receive payment at the rate of time and one-half (1½) for the hours worked prior to the commencement of her/his regular shift.
Call Back Guarantee. Employees who are called back for work after leaving the Employer's premises shall be compensated for four (4) hours at one and one-half (1-1/2) times their regular rates and will only be required to perform the work for which they were called back. If employees are required to work in excess of four (4) hours, they will thereafter be compensated at the rate of one and one- half (1-1/2) times their regular rates until they complete their assignments or until the commencement of their next shift, whichever shall first occur.
Call Back Guarantee. (a) Call-back is defined as being called back to work, after leaving the premises of the Lodge, for an unscheduled term which is not a regular shift.
(b) An employee who is called back to work shall be paid a minimum of three (3) hours at time and one-half (1-1/2) his/her regular hourly rate. The three (3) hour call-back guarantee shall not apply to subsequent call backs within the same three (3) hour period.
(c) Call backs shall be assigned as equitably as possible amongst the employees working in the affected department.
Call Back Guarantee. An employee who is called out for work after leaving the Employer’s premises shall be given four (4) hours pay at the applicable overtime rate as set out in Article 25 and will only be required to perform the work for which they were called in. If an employee is required to work in excess of four (4) hours, they will thereafter be paid at the applicable overtime rate of pay as set out in Article 25 until the employee completes their assignments or until the commencement of their next shift, whichever shall first occur. If an employee is required to work additional time immediately prior to or immediately following their regular shift, they shall be paid only for the additional hours worked at the applicable overtime rate, and not as a callback.
Call Back Guarantee. (a) An employee who is called back to work after he/she has left his/her place of work shall be paid a minimum of three (3) hours at the overtime rate, provided the work is not contiguous to scheduled working hours.
(b) An employee who is called back to work and completes the work assigned in less than the three (3) hour minimum, but is subsequently recalled within the three (3) hour minimum, only receives the benefit of the three (3) hour minimum once. However, should the total time on one or more calls exceed the three (3) hour minimum, the employee will be compensated for the actual time worked at the normal overtime rate.
(c) In Transition Houses, a relief worker who is called to work shall receive a minimum of three (3) hours pay at regular rates for the particular classification for which he/she has been called. All time worked by a relief worker in excess of equivalent full-time hours on a daily or weekly basis shall be considered overtime.
