Calendar Year 2024. Effective January 1, 2024, Oregon Tech shall establish a total pool of funds for increases equal to two percent (2.0%) of the total November 30, 2023 base salaries for eligible bargaining unit members, as defined in subsection (A), above. Effective January 1, 2024 (for 12-month appointments) and February 1, 2024 (for 9-month appointments), the base salary of eligible bargaining unit members as defined in subsection (A), above, shall be increased by one percent (1.0%). The remaining funds in the pool shall be used for implementation of equity adjustments. If any portion of the remaining funds are not needed to implement equity adjustments, those remaining funds shall be distributed to the bargaining unit member’s base salary at the department level based upon the results of each bargaining unit member’s individual job performance as measured by their APE and approved by the College Xxxx.
Calendar Year 2024. Subject to the Grantee’s continued Employment by the Company or any of its Affiliates through December 31, 2024, 15% of the Target Number of PSUs shall become Banked Units, subject to adjustment based upon the Company’s Total Stockholder Return (as defined below) relative to the Total Stockholder Return of the Comparator Group (as defined below) from January 1, 2024 until December 31, 2024 in accordance with the Relative Total Stockholder Return Table in Schedule A.
Calendar Year 2024. Implement restrictions of seasonal full-width mowing/haying on additional 95.8 acres along the following county highway corridors: CSAH 16 and CSAH 17 from CSAH 1 to TH 238. • Implement restrictions on broadcast herbicide application along phase 4 selected county highway corridors. • Continue to re-establish and put up county highway rights-of-way markers to deter row crop planting within county highway rights-of-way. • Continue annual training to maintenance staff regarding CCAA conservation measures and any changes to enrolled/adopted acres. • Monitor 10 required sites for stem counts on adopted acres
Calendar Year 2024. This Warrant may be exercised only during the calendar year 2024, except the Warrant may be exercised earlier upon the Holder’s death. The Warrant will expire and be terminated and cancelled on December 31, 2024 to the extent not exercised on or before such date.
