Calculation of Payments and Billing. 5.3.1 Each Party will compensate the other Party for Subject Traffic terminated on Party’s network at the rates set forth in Appendix A.
Calculation of Payments and Billing. 5.4.1. RLEC will compensate ALLTEL Wireless for Local Traffic delivered by RLEC to ALLTEL Wireless, as prescribed in Section 4.2, at the rate provided in Section 5.2, above. ALLTEL Wireless will compensate RLEC for Local Traffic delivered to RLEC for termination to its customers as prescribed in Sections 4.1 and 4.2 and at the rate provided in Section 5.2. ALLTEL Wireless will compensate RLEC for Non-Local Traffic it terminates to RLEC at the rates provided in Section 5.3.
Calculation of Payments and Billing. 2.3.1 XXXX shall compensate CENTENNIAL for Telecommunications Traffic that is delivered by XXXX to CENTENNIAL as prescribed and at the rate provided in Attachment I, Section 2.1, above. CENTENNIAL will compensate XXXX for Telecommunications Traffic delivered to XXXX for termination to its customers, as prescribed and at the rate provided in Attachment I, Section 2.1, for traffic not subject to Reciprocal Compensation exchanged between CENTENNIAL and XXXX, as prescribed and at the rates provided in Attachment I, Section 2.2.
Calculation of Payments and Billing. 5.3.1 XXXXX COUNTY shall compensate SPRINT for Subject Telecommunications Traffic that is delivered by XXXXX COUNTY to SPRINT, as prescribed in Section 3.1 and at the rate provided in Attachment A. SPRINT will compensate XXXXX COUNTY for Subject Telecommunications Traffic delivered to XXXXX COUNTY for termination to its customers, as prescribed in Sections 3.1 and 3.2, , as applicable and at the rate provided in Attachment A and for Access Traffic exchanged between SPRINT & XXXXX COUNTY, as prescribed and at the rates provided in Section 4.2.

RLEC will compensate Western Wireless for Local Traffic delivered by RLEC to Western Wireless, as prescribed in Section 5.1, at the rate provided in Section 5.2, above. Western Wireless will compensate RLEC for Local Traffic delivered to RLEC for termination to its customers as prescribed in Sections 5.1 at the rate provided in Section 5.2. Western Wireless will compensate RLEC for Non-Local Traffic it terminates to RLEC at the rates provided in Section 5.3.
Calculation of Payments and Billing. 5.4.1 Sandhill shall compensate Cingular for Local Telecommunications Traffic that is originated by a Sandhill customer to Cingular over the two-way direct trunk groups, as prescribed and at the rate provided in Section 5.1, above. Cingular will compensate Sandhill for Local Telecommunications Traffic delivered to Sandhill for termination to its customers, as prescribed and at the rate provided in Section 5.1; for Non-Local Traffic exchanged between Cingular & Sandhill, as prescribed and at the rates provided in Section 5.2; and for Transit traffic as prescribed and at the rate provided in Section 5.3, above.
Calculation of Payments and Billing. 2.3.1 XXXXX shall compensate CINGULAR for Telecommunications Traffic as defined in Section 1.26 that is originated on the XXXXX network and terminated on the CINGULAR network as prescribed and at the rate provided in Attachment I, Section 2.1, above. CINGULAR will compensate XXXXX for Telecommunications Traffic originated on the CINGULAR network and terminated by the XXXXX network, as prescribed and at the rate provided in Attachment I, Section 2.1. For traffic not subject to Reciprocal Compensation exchanged between CINGULAR and XXXXX, as prescribed and at the rates provided in Attachment I, Section 2.2, Switched Access Compensation shall apply.

VERIZON WIRELESS will compensate DRENTHE for Telecommunications Traffic originated on the VERIZON WIRELESS network and terminated by the DRENTHE network, as prescribed and at the rate provided in Attachment I, Section 2.1. For traffic not subject to Reciprocal Compensation exchanged between VERIZON WIRELESS and DRENTHE, as prescribed and at the rates provided in Attachment I, Section 2.2, Switched Access Compensation shall apply.
