Calculation of Hourly Rates. A. Overtime shall be paid at the rate of one & one half (1-1/2) times the hourly rate at the employee's regular hourly rate of pay for all time worked in excess of eight (8) hours in any regular work day. Any work performed on Saturday shall be paid at the rate of one & one half (1- 1/2) times the employee's regular hourly rate. Further, any work performed on Sunday or holidays as specified in Article 17.6 herein, shall be paid at the rate of two (2) times the employee's regular hourly rate. Part-time custodian(s) and part-time secretary (s) shall be paid at the rate of 1.5 times his regular hourly rate after 5 hours. Any work performed on Saturday shall be paid at the rate of 1.5 times his regular hourly rate. Any work performed on Sundays or holidays shall be paid at the rate of 2 times his regular hourly rate.
