Caiso Tariff. The Black Start Generator shall comply with the obligations and requirements set out in the CAISO Tariff, in particular Appendix D, or its successor, requirements in relation to Black Start capability and services. In the event that the CAISO, PTO or the Black Start Generator identifies any areas in which the Black Start Generator may be deficient in meeting such obligations or requirements, before the CAISO pursues remedies or makes a determination of non-compliance, the Parties will work together to determine whether the obligations are reasonable and necessary to ensure reliability and security of the local area(s). For obligations that are reasonable and necessary, the Parties shall develop a reasonable and mutually-agreeable schedule by which the Black Start Generator will correct such deficiencies.
Caiso Tariff. The Black Start Generator shall comply with the obligations and requirements set out in the CAISO Tariff, in particular Appendix D requirements in relation to Black Start Service, CAISO Operating Procedures and Applicable Reliability Criteria. In the event that either the CAISO, PTO or the Black Start Generator identifies any areas in which the Black Start Generator may be deficient in meeting such obligations or requirements, before the CAISO pursues remedies or makes a determination of non-compliance, the Parties may work together to develop a reasonable and mutually-agreeable schedule by which the Black Start Generator will correct such deficiencies, prior to the CAISO and PTO pursuing remedies as per the CAISO Tariff.
Caiso Tariff. 4.1 Agreement Subject to XXXXX Xxxxxx. This Agreement shall be subject to Section 33 and Section 29 of the CAISO Tariff, which shall be deemed to be incorporated herein. The EDAM Load Serving Entity shall abide by, and shall perform all of the obligations under the CAISO Tariff placed on EDAM Load Serving Entities in respect of all matters set forth therein.
Caiso Tariff. 4.1 Agreement Subject to CAISO Tariff. This Agreement shall be subject to Section 29 of the CAISO Tariff, which shall be deemed to be incorporated herein. The EIM Participating Resource shall abide by, and shall perform all of the obligations under the CAISO Tariff placed on EIM Participating Resources in respect of all matters set forth therein.

  • of the CAISO Tariff The CAISO reserves the right to establish reasonable minimum acceptable settings for any installed Power System Stabilizers, subject to the design and operating limitations of the Large Generating Facility. If the Large Generating Facility’s Power System Stabilizers are removed from service or not capable of automatic operation, the Interconnection Customer shall immediately notify the CAISO and the Participating TO and restore the Power System Stabilizers to operation as soon as possible. The CAISO shall have the right to order the reduction in output or disconnection of the Large Generating Facility if the reliability of the CAISO Controlled Grid would be adversely affected as a result of improperly tuned Power System Stabilizers. The requirements of this Article 5.4 shall apply to Asynchronous Generating Facilities in accordance with Appendix H.

  • Tariff 2.95.1 Any applicable Federal or state tariff of a Party, as amended from time- to-time;

  • SS7 Network Interconnection 9.7.1 SS7 Network Interconnection is the interconnection of Global Connection local signaling transfer point switches or Global Connection local or tandem switching systems with BellSouth signaling transfer point switches. This interconnection provides connectivity that enables the exchange of SS7 messages among BellSouth switching systems and databases, Global Connection local or tandem switching systems, and other third-party switching systems directly connected to the XxxxXxxxx XX0 network.

  • Uncontrollable Forces Tariff Provisions Section 14.1 of the CAISO Tariff shall be incorporated by reference into this Agreement except that all references in Section 14.1 of the CAISO Tariff to Market Participants shall be read as a reference to the Participating Generator and references to the CAISO Tariff shall be read as references to this Agreement.

  • Interconnection Customer Authority Consistent with Good Utility Practice, this LGIA, and the CAISO Tariff, the Interconnection Customer may take actions or inactions with regard to the Large Generating Facility or the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities during an Emergency Condition in order to (i) preserve public health and safety, (ii) preserve the reliability of the Large Generating Facility or the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities,

  • TRANSPORT SERVICES Upon the conclusion of such multilateral negotiations, the Parties shall conduct a review for the purpose of discussing appropriate amendments to this Agreement so as to incorporate the results of such multilateral negotiations.

  • Nyiso and Connecting Transmission Owner Authority General.‌‌ NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner may take whatever actions with regard to the New York State Transmission System or the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities it deems necessary during an Emergency State in order to (i) preserve public health and safety, (ii) preserve the reliability of the New York State Transmission System or the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities, (iii) limit or prevent damage, and (iv) expedite restoration of service. NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner shall use Reasonable Efforts to minimize the effect of such actions or inactions on the Large Generating Facility or the Developer’s Attachment Facilities. NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner may, on the basis of technical considerations, require the Large Generating Facility to mitigate an Emergency State by taking actions necessary and limited in scope to remedy the Emergency State, including, but not limited to, directing Developer to shut-down, start-up, increase or decrease the real or reactive power output of the Large Generating Facility; implementing a reduction or disconnection pursuant to Article 13.4.2; directing the Developer to assist with blackstart (if available) or restoration efforts; or altering the outage schedules of the Large Generating Facility and the Developer’s Attachment Facilities. Developer shall comply with all of the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner’s operating instructions concerning Large Generating Facility real power and reactive power output within the manufacturer’s design limitations of the Large Generating Facility’s equipment that is in service and physically available for operation at the time, in compliance with Applicable Laws and Regulations.
