Cadets. 51.1. This clause applies to employees recruited as Cadet APS in the ATO. Cadet APS is a recognised training classification which provides the Commissioner will allocate an APS 3 classification to the employee on satisfactory completion of the appropriate tertiary course of study and any workplace training required by the ATO. Cadets. I understand and agree that I will incur an active duty and/or reimbursement obligation after the first day of my MS II year (sophomore year) if I am a three-, four- or five-year scholarship recipient; after the first day of my MS III year (junior year) if I am a two-year scholarship recipient; or after the first day of my MS IV year (senior year) if I am a one-year or less scholarship recipient. Cadets. An employee who was employed as a Cadet prior to becoming a Police Officer, shall have access to purchase the clothing and equipment set forth in Subd. 1, less the cost of any prior purchases made by the Employer on behalf of said Cadet.

Salary advancement will occur in accordance with subclause C4.8(f). A Cadet is not entitled to salary advancement under clause B.5. A Xxxxx’s performance will be assessed against: making satisfactory progress towards the completion of their course of study (in accordance with relevant policy or Program guidelines); and demonstrating fully effective performance of duties during work placements. Where a Cadet demonstrates fully effective performance (in accordance with subclause C.4.8(e), they will be entitled to salary advancement to the next available salary point for Cadets – Work Placement, on the anniversary of their commencement on the Cadetship program. On successful completion of a Cadetship (other than an ICT Cadetship), an employee will: advance to the APS 3 level within the Entry Level Program Broadband; and immediately following that advancement, transfer to the APS 3 level in the general employment stream. On successful completion of an ICT Cadetship, an employee will: advance to the APS 4 level within the Entry Level Program Broadband; and immediately following that advancement, transfer to the APS 4 level in the general employment stream.
Cadets. 102.1 Cadet salaries, paid fortnightly, will be based upon the anticipated hours that an employee will spend studying and the anticipated hours the employee will spend in the workplace in a year. 102.2 Notwithstanding clause 14 of this Agreement, the rate of pay while undertaking study for a Cadet who was engaged prior to the commencement of this Agreement and is younger than 21 years of age, is the rate set out in Schedule 1 of Attachment A.

Cadets. 48.1. A DCCEE Cadet or DCEEE Indigenous Australian Cadet (local designation) will be engaged at the APS 1 or 2 classification level, depending on level of experience and existing skills . A Cadet will receive the normal rate of pay for his or her classification when attending DCCEE for practical training and 57% of this rate when in full-time study.
