Cable Space - Central Office. Cable Vault - Frontier will provide space for installing electrical metallic tubing ("EMT") within the Frontier cable vault. Where reasonably deemed necessary by Frontier, pull boxes and/or metallic flexible tubing will be installed to allow a secured and continuous path. These facilities will be installed by Frontier and/or vendors employed by Frontier at the expense of CLC . A separate EMT conduit will be installed for each CLEC with no more than one CLEC occupying a single EMT. Frontier will identify all CLC entrance facilities accordingly. CLC and/or vendors employed by CLC will install the CLC -provided fiber within the EMT conduit at the expense of CLC . CLC shall be accompanied by a qualified Frontier representative in all fiber optic cable installations involving EMT conduit cable vault locations at CLC 's expense. To avoid unnecessary reinforcements or rearrangements, CLC agrees to size the fiber optic facilities to meet three-year forecasted demand, where feasible.

Onvoy shall be accompanied by a qualified Frontier representative in all fiber optic cable installations involving EMT conduit cable vault locations at Onvoy's expense. To avoid unnecessary reinforcements or rearrangements, Xxxxx agrees to size the fiber optic facilities to meet three-year forecasted demand, where feasible.

  • Central Office A local switching system for connecting lines to lines, lines to trunks, or trunks to trunks for the purpose of originating/terminating calls over the public switched telephone network. A single Central Office may handle several Central Office codes ("NXX"). Sometimes this term is used to refer to a telephone company building in which switching systems and telephone equipment are installed.

  • Central Office Switch A switch used to provide Telecommunications Services, including, but not limited to, an End Office Switch or a Tandem Switch. A Central Office Switch may also be employed as a combination End Office/Tandem Office Switch.

Before an employee's office location is changed, or before there is a substantial alteration to an employee's office to a degree that impedes the employee's work effectiveness, the affected employee shall be notified, if practicable, at least one (1) month prior to such change.

  • Data Center Location Upon the effective date of the Agreement, the Data Centers used to host Personal Data in the Cloud Service are located in the EEA or Switzerland. SAP will not migrate the Customer instance to a Data Center outside the EEA or Switzerland without Customer’s prior written consent (email permitted). If SAP plans to migrate the Customer instance to a Data Center within the EEA or to Switzerland, SAP will notify Customer in writing (email permitted) no later than thirty days before the planned migration.

  • Scaling Location Forest Service shall provide Scaling services at the Scaling site(s) shown in A10. The Scaling site(s) shown in A10 normally will be a non-exclusive site where more than one National Forest timber sale Purchaser may be served. Purchaser may request, in writing, an alternate Scal- ing site, such as at a private mill yard, private truck ramp, or a privately operated log transfer facility. Contracting Of- ficer may approve an alternate Scaling site, when Con- tracting Officer determines that Scaling conditions at an alternate site are acceptable. SHORT TERM EXTENSION In the event a replacement Contract has not been issued, any Contract let and awarded hereunder by the State, may be extended unilaterally by the State for an additional period of up to 3 months upon notice to the Contractor with the same terms and conditions as the original Contract including, but not limited to, prices and delivery requirements. With the concurrence of the Contractor, the extension may be for a period of up to 6 months in lieu of 3 months. However, this extension terminates should the replacement Contract be issued in the interim. PROCUREMENT INSTRUCTIONS Authorized Users should refer to the documents attached as Appendix G – Processes and Forms Templates for specific instructions on the usage of this Contract. OGS reserves the right to unilaterally make revisions, changes, additions and/or updates to the documents attached as Appendix G - Processes and Forms Templates without processing a formal amendment and/or modification. SPECIFICATIONS During the term of the Contract, the Authorized User may request Product specifications for particular items that have been included by the Contractor in its Pricing Pages. These specifications will be provided by the Contractor at no cost.

  • Building Commissioning Services The Owner may provide as a part of its testing services the Building Commissioning services involving the project’s HVAC and exhaust systems, temperature control systems, fire detection and alarm systems, emergency power and lighting system, fire suppression system, security locks and security locking control systems, food service equipment (if applicable), and laundry equipment (if applicable). In the event the Using Agency’s Program specifies additional commissioning services, the Owner shall procure such services as well. The Owner, through its Executive Administrator, may engage an independent Commissioning Authority. It is the intent of this Article that the Commissioning Authority enforce the requirements mentioned herein and certify that the systems and equipment listed all function properly prior to the initiation of each final inspection.
